Good

Good, room beb was damaged so then room changed for me. Room and washroom all good. Food can be improve more better as I already stay treebo hotel in Hyderabad madhapur where breakfast was good. One important thing carpets in floor are good but in between there are many bend if any older people come they fall as it's bend are not visible at all. I itself stumbled 3times.

Bad

This hotel doesn’t even deserve one star, their pics in the website and the real hotel doesn’t match at all. And even theAC were not working properly in every room they shifted us to.

Pathetic

Upon check-in, the property was not as advertised:
• No balcony as shown in listing
• AC not working, room full of mosquitoes
• Washrooms extremely dirty/unhygienic
• Not safe for female travelers. Staff was unavailable and unhelpful
After 3 hours at reception with no resolution, I had to leave at midnight and book another hotel at last-minute rates. I am already exhausted and paid extra money due to this situation.
I have tried to contact the hotel multiple times. They are not responding, and chat support is only robotic replies. I escalated to you, and you emailed the property for approval, but I have received no response or refund yet.
I am requesting:
1. Full refund for the 4 nights I did not stay
2. Reimbursement for the emergency hotel I had to book
This is a serious safety and misrepresentation issue. Please escalate to a human case manager and resolve this within 24 hours. I have no other way to get this resolved, which is why I’m reaching out here

Kindly and guest visiting parking areas safe and good

This Hotel very nice and staf is very kindly persons and AM Vicky sir very cool and all problems solved...... Morning breakfast awesome and tasty near by egmore station and merina beach this 4th tym my frds and family stay 24 hours customer handling....
