Warm Welcome

Value for money is the best word to describe this hotel. I visited Chennai for a business meeting and choose to stay at FabHotel T Nagar Sarojini Street as it is close to Nalli silk showroom. the staff is friendly and they warmly treated their guests. facilities in the hotel was also upto the mark. After tiring business meeting, I had got a comfortable stay.

OK for a quick stay

We needed a hotel in T Nagar for shopping and after much review-study found this one. We were 3 adults and the room they gave us had a proper single bed for the extra person, plus a study area and attached bath. Room quality wasn't too bad or too good. Advantages - Location, just 5 mins walk from Usman Road main shopping area. Many eatery options around, close to T Nagar bus-stand and Mambalam Rly station too. Wifi is not bad and laundry service was good. Limited parking is available.
Disadvantages - No in-house restaurant, breakfast is a fixed fare - set of idlis, vada and dosa sealed in cling-wrap, as a result it was very cold.

Facility versus Economy

The hotel is located very near to shopping area. If you want to buy Gold or silk, you can enjoy the market even for whole day. The hotel is situated at the corner an easy access. The rent they charge is on economy side. If you have Fab coypens another 500 is less. The only issue is that they do not have restaurant. Morning breakfast they serve in room. The size of room is comfortable. The toiletries they provide are of good quality.

Good Budget Hotel option

I was in Chennai for some official work and this place was really a good lodging option for me…Totally within my budget and the service here is amazing…Nice rooms, clean bathroom…On my first day there, when I returned to my room after a long day, the Ac wasn’t working, but the hotel staff repaired it immediately…Definitely will revisit.

Helpful Staff

It was really fine stay at FabHotel T Nagar Sarojini Street, a decent hotel that provided us spacious clean room, tasty quality food and room services. On top of it, the staffs at the hotel was really helpful in exploring the local popular places nearer to the hotel. Highly appreciable.
