Best Hotel In kullu

Perfect place to stay with surreal mountain views . This is one of the best hotel .Super facility and view from hotel is breath taking. Food is tasty .Good support & response staff . Very good services.

Perfect place in kullu

I would say this is a perfect hotel to stay in kullu. very perfect location and close to bus stand. Staff is friendly and rooms are well maintained. its a good budget hotel.
Other facilities provided by them are also good.

A low budget hotel

We stayed for a night at this hotel on 12th March,2018 after visiting Manikaran Sahib. The location of the hotel is good but it is low budget hotel. We were three persons and the hotel was booked previously by the travel agent. We traveled through Sai Tours & Travels and Mr. Harvinder Gujjran, planned our four days trip. We gained a bitter experience with this company because of this fellow. He said that he booked ***star category hotel for us but we found that was low budget hotel in Kullu. We're accommodated in a small room. There was no dining hall. We ordered for vegetable soup. Hotel served the soup which was very thick & spicy. They served dinner in our room. Not a single dish was fit for eating. Poor service. Need to improve the quality of food. Will never recommend any one to contact Sai Tours & Travels Company.

Yes it is a low budget, small hotel with 2* facilities. You didn't check about the hotel tariff and other details, easily available online and also on the hotel website. We don't know what the agency charged you. It is natural when you come with a upscale 3* hotel expectations, this budget property shall disappoint you. Your complaint mainly is against the travel agent but choose this platform to vent it. Checked with the Manager. He informed you were offered an additional room, opposite the room you occupied, complimentary, but you refused. The dining hall is opposite the reception with a very conspicuous signboard. It were you who choose to be served in the room. Regarding your complaint about food, I am sorry that it was not upto your liking. Taking a notice of this. Once you check our our tariff and information on our website, you would like to revise the rating to 4*, if not 5*.

A comfortable and Nice place to stay at Kullu

I selected this hotel from Tripadvisor and its reviews. I should say that we had a nice and comfortable stay for about 2 days.
This is a nice budget hotel in the centre of kullu town, very near to bus stand, restaurants.
The rooms were nice with old charm and fresh bed linen/towels were provided on demand,
The front desk, room service were very helpful.
They helped us get a good vehicle and honest driver for sightseeing.
Breakfast is fine.
There are good restaurants nearby serving a good variety of foods, so we chose to go out for dinners for a change.
I should say that the staff and manager are very helpful and courteous. They made our stay pleasant and memorable.
I should say that this is a Great Budget hotel.
And 100% value for money.

Excellent stay with my family for 3 days

We enjoyed our stay very much. Location is excellent, very near to Dhalpur Maidan, where Dushhera festival is held. Hotel staff were great, Mr Rajendra Kumar at the reception deserves special mention. Would love to stay there again in future.
