Very Good Stay
We had a great stay at Treebo Ortus Residency. Our balcony had a great view of the mountains. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Very helpful, friendly and courteous staff.

Horrible, Unprofessional , Unethical and terrific experience with Hotel and Treebo
Hi,
We go for vacation just to enjoy location , Service and Luxury for which we paid ,But when you are getting cheat you feel disappointing and disgusting experience and thought there must be some guidline and policy from legal and government where such kind of Hotels must be penalized, My first booking was in Treebo Roshan Naadi I booked hotel through Treebo thought they are ethical and professional company in treebo Roshan staff was nice but hotel was not up to the mark as committed as per location i connected with Treebo they offered me to transfer in there another collaborated hotel Treebo Ortus now actual experience started I was offered 2 premium Room by Treebo but once i reach Ortus they said that we have booked one premium room and another deluxe room near to their reception,Though treebo confirmed You have booking for premium rooms only but Ortus denied to offer and accept Treebo request,As per my understanding hotel give premium room to other clients as they charged more on it and I was accomdated in Deluxe room though I also charged as per premium room only by treebo,So it's purely money mind game irrespective of client service and ethics in hospitality industry ,infact to upgrade it in family suit they asked another 5 k if I wish too but I denied .I raised my concern with Treebo again but they are helpless as hotel was not listening to them also. Next day I got call from hotel that my room is updated in premium as they got client for deluxe room so I have to vacate the room immediately I was not in hotel at that time so they said they will shift your luggage and our stuff as they need the room .This is new experience for me in hospitality that my luggage is shifted with open cloths and stuff in other room without my presence.
Again I got call from Hotel after check out that why you raise concern in treebo if they would know they would not allow me to stay there and would cancel my booking irrespective whatever happened to me or my family in night and it was heavy rains on that day.
View was not as shown in picture I have i will share here so you can see what view they have its purely in residential area.
They are purely in money making bussiness irrespective of what they give what they charged for . Flyies was all around in hotel room i have pictures and videos will upload shortly.
There is complete Gap of collaboration with Treebo

Location is very nice rooms are very good breakfast is very nice and having options in the bf menu .Everything is very nice .

If You need any help They are ready !!!!
One of the best and centrally located Hotel.Close to all major tourist spots.You can easily explore Mc leod ganj from this place and also neary by dharamsha famous cafes.Staff were well trained and very polite.Food was also moutwatering and i really appreiate this newly constructed Hotel.They helped in every manner,be it cab booking or even Self driven bike.Not only this they negotiated from cab person on by behalf and guided me with day wise itinerary,Mr MANISH ji is the owner of this lovely property and is very young and dynamic personality who is ready to help you 24x7.Roomswere big and well maintened.If you want to stay in a decent hptel with clean rooms,good food,superb staff and with a decent view from few rooms this property is must to be considered.Will visit soon to enjoy classy alu parathas in breakfast !!!! All the very best.

A gem with a view of the Cricket ground and Mountains
I booked at The Ortus Residency for my visit for the 5th Test in early March , I was delightfully surprised daily by the standard of the hotel , the views from my room and balcony , how comfortable the room was and as the outside temperature fluctuates , how easily it was to warm or cool the room , the additional room with sofa was welcome , the hotel WIFI keeping me in touch with home , large bed ....superb .....but the X factor of this hotel was the Staff lead by a excellent manager in Ashu Chaudhary , Nothing and I mean Nothing is too much trouble for him and his team , The service , the cleanliness, the choice and taste of the food provided (I booked Breakfast and Lunch or Evening meal ) ...so much choice ....presentation five star , My case broke they fixed it , my shoes were cleaned , efficient laundry service ... we even had one meal on the roof with a log pit ...big wow , more like staying with your family , than a hotel .....it take a lot to impress me , I have travelled extensively for decades , but this place is a gem , just make sure you don't book my room , when I return , oh not licenced but you can bring your own drink in no corkage ...further too the Cricket test finished early they have a excellent taxi driver Rishi who takes you around , I can not recommend this establishment more ......what more can I say ....!!!!!!!!
