Great hospitality and a foodies delight

A new property with modern interiors tastefully done. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and spotlessly clean bathrooms. The buffet spread at breakfast and dinner was great. Tried a variety of dishes and the food was delicious. Kudos to Mr Nikesh and his team. Ms Priya too stood out with her warm smile and courteous attitude. Poolside music n bar were a great place to hangout !

Great food, decent stay

I think the best part about this hotel is their breakfast buffet, we absolutely loved it. The restaurant manager, I didn’t get his name, is very courteous and attentive. All our meals here were great. We also enjoyed Aqua, it has a lovely ambience and the cocktails were good.
The rooms are as expected, nothing to write about there. There was a strong smoke smell in the corridors but when we mentioned this to the front desk, there wasn’t much they could do since we were technically on a non-smoking floor. The staff is generally courteous and helpful. I was a bit annoyed by a girl who came up to me as I was checking out and asked me to mention her name in my TripAdvisor review even though she had never helped me and wasn’t really interested in hearing any feedback.
The greeting staff is lovely.
The location is a bit tricky, it is not a place where you could walk anywhere. There is a mall, but there is a convoluted way of getting to it. You definitely need a cab or a taxi.
Overall, a good stay. My compliments to the restaurant team.

Experience was very fabulous

The park hotel Indore is really amazing hotel. I visit there with my family and the staff of that hotel is really helpful and friendly nature.
Specially on reception desk I met there a staff member Himanshi Negi.
She was helping me a lot and also she guide me with very friendly nature
Overall the experience was very fabulous
