Room for improvement
Wanted to share this as other travelers should be aware.
Service is a big let down. The property seems new.
The food ordered is pathetic here. At 11:30 pm I heard the room open and saw 4 of their staff entering without knocking the door. When questioned they gave a lame excuse of searching for the remote.
At 11:45 pm got a call that there won’t be a buffet and it will be room service for breakfast. When in the morning I called they said you need to come to the hall. When we arrived we were told no buffet today and it will be sent to the room. No proper coordination what so ever be it the entire team.
This is one placed I ticked off as a BIG NO
I do hope the hotel will take heed to our comments to improve future experiences.
