Excellent service
The location of the hotel was ideal for our stay but had to be vary of the roads leading to the hotel.
The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming with all the staff being very approachable, friendly and professional. The front office staff was very efficient and very cooperative and friendly. The vallet, the lift attendees, the F&B services and staff were polite, welcoming and very attentive
The room had an excellent view of the river and the forest around it, very peaceful and quiet.
Rooms were cleaned daily with very good housekeeping and very polite and professional.
Very delicious and lots of different choices of breakfast intercontinental and Indian.
Good value for money
We wish all the management and staff to carry on the good service and success.
On our last day we had an wonderful send-off with cake

Lovely
I go once every week to this hilton property, overall I really like the staff, we have Paban, Ramesh, Diganta, Rounak, Anuj and lot many others who have made this place so hospitable that you feel like coming again.

Good hospitality
During breakfast, the restaurant was very crowded due to the casino guests, and the hostess was busy attending to them. Despite the rush, Jasmine greeted us with a warm smile and promptly escorted us to our table. She took excellent care of us throughout our stay with her friendly and attentive service. We were truly happy with her hospitality and appreciate her dedication.

The property itself is beautifully maintained, surrounded by lush greenery and offering a peaceful escape from the usual hustle of Goa. The rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable bedding and all the modern amenities you’d expect. A Heartwarming Family Stay with Exceptional Hospitality in Goa
Our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Goa – Panaji was truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with exceptional warmth and hospitality. Traveling with our 5-month-old baby can be challenging, but the staff made everything feel effortless with their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care.
A special mention goes to Mr. Anuj, who made our time at the resort even more enjoyable. Whether it was engaging conversations, helping us learn pool, or organizing table tennis and other activities, he went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Despite managing a busy recreational department, he always made time for us, which we deeply appreciated.
We would also like to thank Mr. Nitesh at the restaurant and bar, along with Rasheed, who took great care of our dining needs. The team consistently delivered excellent service, whether dining in or enjoying drinks at the bar. The cocktails and mocktails were fantastic—I especially loved the Ko-pi cocktail.
The spa experience was equally wonderful. The staff there provided a deeply relaxing foot massage while being incredibly accommodating with our baby, which truly stood out.
Our room was always clean and well-maintained, thanks to the diligent housekeeping team. Across the resort, every staff member we interacted with—even those whose names we may have missed—was warm, welcoming, and helpful. Their collective effort ensured we never felt stressed at any point during our stay.
The food was another highlight. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and penne pesto pasta, cheese garlic naan, and the anjeer tulsi kebab—each dish was absolutely delicious.
