Great stay

Had a very good stay with our pet. House keeping services was very good . Mariappan and Mahesh did an excellent service.

Absolutely recommended

The location is at the peak of a mountain offering wonderful scenery. The staffs are friendly and easy to deal with. They provide a wide variety of activities within the property and all the amenities in the room. The service received from their staff Jinu was exceptional.
Looking forward to return here soon.

The hotel is dated. The rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. We had booked an extra bed and was not provided a pillow. The bathroom was not clean. We were meant to stay for two nights and checked out after the first night. The breakfast is substandard. The hotel seems short staffed—when we checked out it was the bellhop that did the processing of the paperwork and not the reception staff and this was around 9am.
According to their ‘proforma invoice’ we are owed a refund of Rs. 5407 which they still haven’t done.
