Lots of enjoy

Awesome food ....I had business trip so I went to comfort inn bharuch...all chefs made my day specialy chef kanhaiya who cooked mouth watering dishes thankx to all staff for made my day..... lovely hospitality..

Bad experience

I stayed at Qotel Comfort Hotel from 19th to 21st February 2026. It was a very disgusting experience. The rooms were extremely dirty. There were cockroaches roaming in the wardrobe of the rooms. I don’t know how many months the floors of the rooms hadn’t been swept or mopped; there was completely accumulated dust in the rooms. There was no remote for the TV. Hot water was not coming from the geyser. There were no basic amenities in the rooms like toilet paper, slippers, etc. Even after calling the reception 10 times, I didn’t get any service. It was a very horrible experience.

Pathetic Service Bad Behaviour of Staffs

Very Bad Behaviour This is very bad experience in this hotel in morning asking for simple Drinking water bottle Front Staff Hanif Simply refuse to give and give some nonsense excuse and when I asked again for water he is arguing with me and misbehave also Come to Restaurant all chefan dish emtay asked for any option thay said NO . Terrible Experience I will not come again also Try to call General Manager he is not picking up the call this is hotel or Dhava .

A budget Hotel best for business stay..

The hotel is accessible from both Railway station and from the Bus stand.
Rooms are good, but the entrance to this hotel is not appreciated. The hotel rooms are from the 4th floor of the building.
A small restaurent is available on the 5th floor, which serves limited option breakfast and Lunch/ Dinner on demand.
There are many restaurent nearby which is a better option for food.
Mostly service Engginers coming from other places stay here most of the time.
Not a best of place to stay with family.

Clean and Comfortable

The hotel is on the main road and easily approachable from the Railway Station.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. The price is reasonable. We actually paid more by booking online !!
It has an attached restaurant, the dinner spread is good. Breakfast was basic.
