Small cotton in the city center

Lovely and efficient staff. More homestay than hotel, very well located in the city center
Basic but comfortable room, Indo-Western breakfast. A very nice place

I would like to complain about Hotels.com service, since in fact there is no collaboration between Hotels.com and RH Casa Cottage. So although we had booked and prepaid for reservation for which we received at payment receipt back in February. The reservation was unfortunately not valid. We were lucky that there was a room for us for the first two nights - but we had to find another hotel for the last night. Also we had to pay double.
The hotel is fine local hotel old fashioned style - Rooms cleaned nicely.
and the staff very serviceminded for our stay in Bangalore.
However we would like to request refund from Hotels.com for the payment made.

An oasis in the middle of bangalore

An oasis in the middle of bangalore.
As a traveller, the perfect place to spend lazy mornings or quiet evenings sitting in the garden.
The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful.
And the rooms feel like small apartments, perfect for longer stays.
Have been back multiple times, and the only place i'd consider staying in Bangalore.

We love Casa Cottage

Casa Cottage will always be my home in Bangalore. It is a beautiful oasis in a busy, noisy city and yet so conveniently located for sightseeing, shopping, dining and exploring the city. The staff are amazing and willing to help with anything you need. Enjoying their wonderful breakfast in the garden with opportunities to share experiences with other travellers is just one of the things we love about Casa Cottage. The rooms are nothing fancy but they are clean, comfortable and provide all necessities. Some are only accessed by a twisting, narrow staircase so if you have physical challenges, be sure to mention this when you reserve your room. Each room is different so you have options. The ambience of Casa Cottage is unique and special for those who aren’t looking for a 5-star hotel experience.

Casa Cottage is set in a peaceful neighbourhood ideal for a good night’s sleep & being able to sightsee

On first impressions Casa Cottage was very pretty. A large brightly coloured house surrounded by a pretty courtyard garden and beautiful plants, flowers and trees. When we arrived the meet and greet was very matter of fact, there was no welcome drink and it all felt a bit unwelcoming. We stayed for 2 nights and the staff on site helped us to change money, gave us advice on how to get to the sights we wanted to visit and arranged a taxi for our onward journey. They were helpful. The room was booked as a deluxe room and was reached via a spiral staircase to the side of the main house. There was another building which overlooked the area and it’s occupants could be seen in the bathrooms and kitchens. The room was set in its own little garden and sitting area which was very nice. The room itself was incredibly basic. Towels and bed linen and hand soap provided were not great quality. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very basic. Breakfast is taken in the courtyard garden and there was a good choice of freshly cooked dishes including, dosa, eggs, pancakes and a selection of fruit and yoghurt, tea, coffee and juice which were self service. Only white bread was available with no healthier alternatives. The location of Casa Cottage is superb. The surrounding neighbourhood is very quiet and just a very short walk away there are places to eat, shops, parks and mosques to discover. I would say Casa Cottage is a good place to stay for a couple of nights as it is a peaceful location and you can get a good night’s sleep as long as you don’t have very high expectations on the room.
