"Families beware! This hotel does not honor bookings and dumps you in unsafe locations without consent. I felt cheated.
I booked Aryakulam Palace Ayodhya through Booking.com, but upon arrival I was deceitfully taken to a completely different and inferior property in a deserted location without any prior notice. The hotel staff claimed my booking was “shifted” because the original hotel was full—yet no communication was made in advance.
This is not just unprofessional but a serious breach of trust and privacy, as my personal details were clearly shared with third parties without my consent. If I had arrived late at night with my family, this could have been a very risky and frightening situation.
Absolutely untrustworthy. Avoid this hotel & Booking.com at all costs!
