Very Good experience
Extreme Happy with our experience at Taj we feel valued whenever we met with hotel staff everyone smiles and meet with personalism they gave balloons to my kids chocolates with customised note and at check in rhythm noticed our needs that we are travelling with small kids and gave us room accordingly and prarthna take a good care of our kids during this stay I'm sure whenever we come back we love to find them again and the food was cherry on top chef Ajay really knows what we love to eat and he remembers our dietary needs.

Taj Swarna Amritsar- where hospitality comes from the heart
Our recent stay at Taj Swarna, Amritsar, was a truly memorable experience.
What impressed us most was not just the beautiful property, cleanliness or excellent food, but the genuine warmth, politeness and humility of the entire team. Every member of the staff we interacted with was courteous, attentive and always willing to help, with a natural smile and a wonderful sense of hospitality.
The rooms and overall property were exceptionally clean and well maintained. The food was another highlight of our stay—beautifully presented, delicious and with a wonderful variety.
However, what truly sets Taj Swarna apart is the human touch. The humility and sincerity of the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our stay.
A big thank you to the entire Taj Swarna team for making our visit to Amritsar so comfortable and special. We will certainly look forward to returning.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a combination of comfort, cleanliness, excellent food and, above all, heartfelt hospitality.

Amazing breakfast experience , very dilligent staff - Chef Mr. Manoranjan provides a very personalised service , introduced me to a very customised Amritsari Kulcha - was wonderful , can’t overate the taste and services of this wonderful restaurant!

Above and Beyond!
My one week stay with my family at Taj Swarna was PHENOMENAL. The staff, the service, the food, the willingness to accommodate every request was delivered without question or hesitation. My 18 month old was restless as the trip was long and we spent a lot of time on the property and the staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to keep her entertained. There are too many names to mention but off the top of my head - Vineet Chauhan, Ashwani Karandh, Chef Ajay, Harpreet Singh (Housekeeping), Harpreet Kaur (Grand Trunk), Balkhari and EVERYONE at the front office, Grand Trunk, Housekeeping, Fitness Centre, Pool, The Chinese Room, Security, Valets. The Taj Swarna Amritsar is my TOP CHOICE when visiting the holy city and we will be back. Thank you.
