A nice and pleasant experience at Taj Agra
This was my fourth stay at Taj Agra and it was as great as always.
The people are great and I enjoyed my stay really good.
Food was great too and everyone at PALATO were attentive and made sure they attend to everyone.
Special mention to Mohit Sir(dining) as always. Lalita was also great at Palato who kept asking us if we needed anything.
Noor e Taj was amazing as always and lovely meeting Subroto Sir.
I dont have anything to complain except the part that the room cleaning felt a bit off however it was rectified immediately.
Looking forward to stay with Taj Agra soon

happy stay in Taj Agra
We had a wonderful experience at Taj Agra. The hotel is beautiful, luxurious, and very well maintained. The ambience, hospitality, food, and overall service made our stay truly memorable.
A special mention to Dayalaxmi, who was extremely polite, warm, and helpful throughout our visit. Her courteous nature and genuine smile made us feel very comfortable and welcomed.

Exceptional Stay and Best Hospitality 5* The Taj Vibe
The staff was incredibly kind, warm, and respectful throughout our stay. The food was absolutely top-notch—we tried North Indian, Indian snacks, Chinese, and Italian, and everything was perfectly balanced and delicious.
A special mention to Ritesh and the restaurant team, who were extremely helpful and went out of their way to arrange kid-friendly food for us.
The rooms were spacious and clean. We booked a Deluxe room, and it came with a bathtub, which made my 2-year-old daughter very happy.
The property is very kid-friendly, offering a small kids’ zone and engaging activities like pottery making, puppet shows, and Noor-e-Taj.
Subrata at Noor-e-Taj was exceptional—he has great knowledge of the Taj’s history and presents it in a fun and humorous way. His voice is fantastic, especially for a fellow Kishore Kumar fan!
The swimming pool was clean and safe as well.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

Worst Experience at any Taj Hotel
Location is good - walking distance to Taj Mahal and nearby markets. There were two weddings on our date of check in so staff was not able to handle check in guest properly. They made us wait for almost two hours. Every time we went to the counter, they say room is not ready, come back later. And suddenly, 2 pm shift changed and now we were struggling with the staff who took over the check in counters. It was birthday celebrations for both of us and at the time of booking, they promised to decorate the room but even after asking 3 times, they did not do it so thought, there is no point following up.
