Response after complaint.
In the review we were very positive about our stay. Unfortunately we have had some problems with the air conditioning in the room. Today, 8 May, we received a response that our complaint was justified. The technical service inspected the air conditioning and fixed the problem.
Nice that we have received a response about this! As indicated earlier, we would like to come back again.
