Unfriendly welcome on arrival.
The room was very old , small and worn out. Desolate state!
Bathroom also, although you have some retrofitted, such as hairdryer, cosmetic towel holder, toilet paper holder, but it still seemed provisional.
No place to put down hygiene and cosmetics.
Dinner in the hotel's restaurant (in a kind of conservatory ) was uncomfortable and had fries booth quality. The girls from the Service tried very hard and were friendly and accommodating, which was quite positive.!!!!
We also had a drink on the terrace. Ordered and waited forever for a gentleman who was apparently the cook or chef, or both, to take care of us.
The quality of the Aperol Spritz left much to be desired.
Since our room was directly above the outdoor terrace, we had the corresponding Noise level.
Breakfast the next morning, which we then looked forward to, was the next disaster......coffee machine was dirty, there was only coffee and espresso, no cappucino etc. Sausage and cheese wrapped slice by slice in plastic. Milk, cocoa, yogurt in bags, the cottage cheese in the bowl was not refilled. Fruit not cut into small pieces and only the minimum, who wants to eat a whole apple?
Egg cup made of polystyrene, etc. SUSTAINABLE IS DIFFERENT.....a no go......for us.
The service person was also not friendly and devoted, but grumpy and apparently not sociable.
1 night, 1 breakfast (although we hardly consumed anything ) that was enough for us.
We cannot recommend this accommodation with the best will and point out that the price-performance ratio absolutely does not fit.
The only positive thing for us was that you could park right in front of the property without any problems and the young ladies from the Service who really tried and were friendly.......
