Very friendly staff, room was good, only issue: due to local restrictions no elevator possible and you have to climb steep stairs to reach the respective floor.

Must visit hotel

Amazing hotel, located right in the centre of Amsterdam you get to experience the atmosphere of a busy city . The rooms are clean and new with fantastic views. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. The value will not be beaten for the location of the hotel. The one draw back I would say would be the beds may not be suitable for couples as they are all singles pushed together.

There is a steep step climb to the rooms and no elevator. I didn’t pay attention to the description that clearly said this. Check in was easy and I left my bags in storage to explore the city. The front desk was kind enough to put my bags in my room! The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The TV seemed to have hundreds of channels. The hotel is located in a busy part of the city, so there was some street noise. It’s walking distance (about 5-10 mins) from the main train station. There are a lot of shops and places to eat within walking distance. Overall, I was very happy with my stay!

The room was small and not very comfortable. The worst thing for me was there was no elevator and the stairs were more like a steep ladder than stairs. If you have mobility limitations this is NOT the place for you.
