Great location in a quiet neighborhood, close to parks, city center, very accessible by uber/metro/public transportation. Thank you for making our stay feel very special. Also, wanted to thank Simon for going an extra mile for us, much appreciated!!! Thank you, Amsterdam one luv!!!! <3

Goodwill

The room was run-down. Damage on the floor, TV stand scratched. We paid €270 for two nights, staff was super helpful but I had expected a different room. The bathroom is very small for 2 people. The towel rack is located in the shower... so the towels all get wet. Perhaps there is the possibility of receiving a voucher as a gesture of goodwill? Thank you very much.

A little bit away from the centre but super hotel lovely large rooms and very clean. Bus stop dead opposite

The room we stayed in which was the executive rooms was very comfortable. The bed was soft and comfy which was very nice after a late long day. Bus stop is just in front of the hotel which made it very accessible to get into the centrum. Highly recommended. I will stay here again if I ever come back to Amsterdam.
