Place is great, staff are friendly and area is accessible, only problem is check in is at 15:00 and if you are traveling far the chances of you getting to check in early is 0. Otherwise top place

Great experience
Great experience: clean hotel, friendly staff, well-soundproofed room (or: well-soundproofed rooms), large parking lot even if the spaces are a bit tight, and hearty breakfast. When we made our reservation, we had specified that we wanted to sleep on a high floor, and this information was not passed on. The staff immediately did what was necessary to meet our request!
The subway is a 5-minute walk from the hotel and everything is really convenient.

Perfect geographical location!
Visiting Amsterdam for a long weekend, this is the hotel where we stayed. The experience is rather average, but here is what I remember from my stay:
- the positive points:
The big strong point of this establishment remains its geographical location... If you wish to stay outside the center of Amsterdam but want it to remain accessible, this is the dream spot. You are 3 minutes flat from the subway stop and after about 10 minutes, you arrive at the city's central station.
The location is also ideal if you are coming to Amsterdam to attend shows/soccer matches at the Johan Cruijff ArenA stadium. Accessible on foot from the hotel or just one subway stop from the station near the hotel!
Also, the room check-in (and check-out, for that matter) is very efficient. Everything is done via a tablet that has pre-registered all the reservation data. A real time-saver and quite practical for understanding each other since you choose the language of the tablet :)!
- the more negative points:
The room is clean overall, but you can see that the furniture is aging (or poorly maintained?). There was a large, unavoidable whitish stain on the desk, there were stains and dings on the walls, and a door handle was missing from the wardrobe. This is not a big deal, but it does not give a "premium" and polished impression.
The breakfast disappointed me all the same... Admittedly there is a choice, the offerings are varied, but the whole thing is not really high-quality. Everything tastes like budget food; it is not flavorful. The fruit juices taste more like water than fruit. Too bad, because a pleasant breakfast is appreciated when a day of sightseeing in Amsterdam awaits you.
During the weekend, particularly on the second day of my stay, a particularly disturbing sewer smell emanated from the room's bathroom. A smell unpleasant to the point of delaying the moment to go take a shower. The smell also started to spread into the room. We could have called the front desk, but we only had one night left, so we just put up with it.
Overall, this could remain a good option if you plan on coming to Amsterdam. I was going partly to see a big, major show at the stadium a little further away, and I am aware that I may have paid a price for the room that did not really correspond to it. At the rates I see passing by now, it seems to me to correspond more to the service offered.

Make sure nothing accidental happens to you. I was charged 245 euros för accidentell dropping my phone in the elevator. For them to help me it costed me 245 euros!! Something that absolutely NOT delibrate from my side. So if your leg gets stuck in the elevator whether it’s broken or not you must pay some thousand euros then your leg gets help!🙄

Convenient at a reasonable price
Hotel was conveniently located near BCN training location. Check in without problems. Staff advised thawing I waited a few minutes till it was 14:30 I could check in without extra fee. Room was clean, good bathroom. The bed was fine although they must have run out of large undersheets as mine was made up with two overlapping single sheets.
I was staying in the second building only accessible with room card, but there were people loitering near the entrance that will sneak in with you. Difficult to know whether they were actually staying there. Breakfast was okay, especially for the overall price I paid. Booking directly with the hotel was cheaper than booking.com.
