It's was a little further away from city center than I expected, but local transportation made it convenient to get around.

Small rooms. No room for suitcases. Closet behind the bathroom door. No refrigerator or microwave. Access to front entry is difficult. Distance to street for Taxi pick up/drop off difficult and uneven.

Rooms were quite small. Opening door nearly hitting the foot of the bed. No space to place suitcases. No refrigerator, or Microwave. Closet behind bathroom door. front entry is not located on the street. Difficult to manuver suitcases and drop off/pick up by taxis. One plus: located near transportation and the central train station.

Great hotel connected to major sites

This is a great hotel. It is located 1 block from two tram lines. One tram line takes you to Centraal Station downtown, and the other one takes you right to the museums. If you can’t afford to stay close in to everything, this is the next best thing. Excellent, helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are large and comfortable with a security safe. The hotel offered umbrellas for us to use when it rained. They have a wonderful breakfast included that has many different hot items. They also will cook you a pizza in the evening. We had one on our last night, and it was delicious. You can get beer and snacks at the hotel as well. There is a grocery store, multiple restaurants, and places to grab a quick lunch nearby. Would stay here again if we return to Amsterdam.
