Have to check yourself in. While it’s by no means difficult, we arrived and the door was locked. We had to go around to the restaurant/bar connected to the lobby and they almost wouldn’t let us in as they had just closed. Once on it was fine. There’s something to be said for having a reception clerk on duty. The room was very nice, comfortable and quiet. The in-room tea/coffee/water station is quite hidden. We didn’t even see it until we were leaving.

Very convenient location and a good spacious room with a big bed, but the shower area was a bit scruffy and could do with some maintenance. An all round good stay. I'd stay again.

It is a good environmentally conscious hotel. Also, it is in a park, and the surroundings are very nice.

Disappointed

The good: at quiet park, near nature, clean bathroom, good decor, eco friendly
The bad: rooms are very very cold, so noisy cannot sleep well, breakfast is just not worth it, lots of mosquitos flies around croissant, food, at peak there are 8 on just one table flew from window cracks, causing such annoyances, also dirty tables with food not cleaned, rushed experience as well
The service: management has to seriously, seriously look into attitude of certain staff, generally falling (way) behind a 4*, not helpful, rude, customers take such a hit, if management allows customer to be disrespected, it is not value for money also fall way below generally expected courtesy, recruiting more friendly, experienced hotel staff will improve, one female staff (a local there?) has an arrogant know all attitude, condescending towards most guests queries, such that guests have to just avoid the encounter with the said person, this generally caused negative sentiment, and brew an unwelcomed vibe at waiting area, guests feel afraid, intimidated, to ask question than welcomed
A number of guests also affected by such attitude sadly via the local female staff
Disappointed overall.
