Spacious junior suite

Hotel located in city center with walking distance to shopping streets and tourist monuments.
I got upgraded to Junior suite that was spacious for solo visitor and will be good for family with one kid.
Furniture are old but well maintained in the room but in lobby area it needs fixing.
Price are acceptable but not competitive.

Brilliant customer service and a gorgeous hotel

We had a fantastic experience at Hotel
Alfonso. The team on the front counter were excellent and kind and helped us throughout our stay. We were welcomed as repeat customers with an upgrade, the suite was magnificent, we enjoyed the pool, and )breakfast was amazing (who has chocolates on offer at breakfast! )
We had a mix up with our parking and the lovely women at the front counter was so so helpful and kind - fixing the issue for us with patience and genuine care. We highly recommend Hotel Alfonso as a wonderful home away from home and we will be back

We thoroughly enjoyed Hotel Alfonso. The staff was very accommodating and the location was excellent to all the local sites and wonderful restaurants. You can’t go wrong booking this property!

Bad and slow service in the cafeteria

I come to the cafeteria regularly, the service is awful, I had to ask the waitress if I had to take the coffee, the glass with ice, and the pastries to the table myself, she picked up the pastries with her hands and put them on the plate.
The price does not match the service; it feels like self-service.

Well-located and comfortable hotel for visiting the city

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is ideally located for visiting the city, and the breakfast is very good, varied, with real orange juice. The pool is very appreciated after long days of sightseeing. It is certainly small, but it has the merit of existing because there are not many in the city center. And people mainly come to cool off; they don't spend hours there.
The staff is very kind. The rooms are clean and comfortable, not necessarily super spacious with all our suitcases, but the size of the room depends on what you choose.
Note: no parking, so you will have to find a spot yourself.
