Comfort and price

Great location especially for those traveling by car. The hotel is at the entrance to the city center, has its own garage and there are free parking lots nearby.
Spacious and beautiful well-equipped room (wi-fi, powerful hairdryer, large TV, Nespresso machine, safe) with great toiletries and bathrobes.
Panoramic elevators, indoor patio with summer pool.
Absolutely contained prices (breakfast a bit expensive, not taken).

Old hotel with great potential

Hotel in a great location 20 min walk from the center. Unfortunately there are some details that make it evidently old: the broken wood at the bottom of the bathroom door, the corrugated skirting board perhaps damaged by the washing of the floor, the bathroom with the bathtub evidently dated. On the positive note it is worth noting that the standard double room is very spacious, the king size bed is very comfortable and the parquet is in excellent condition. In the room there is also a desk and a coffee machine with two pods ready to use. Absence of courtesy water and slippers, as well as accessories in the bathroom (such as shower caps); deficiencies that do not befit a four star.

Excellent treatment.

The hotel's service is excellent without having been there.
I chose the hotel to spend a few vacation days without the right to cancel, and due to the earthquakes that occurred in the city of Granada, we requested a cancellation.
The hotel management has not put up any obstacles to doing so without any penalty.
Without a doubt, when things are calmer, I will not hesitate to choose this hotel again to stay.

A very good hotel

It had been a few years since we stayed at this hotel and the change has been for the better. We stopped going because the furniture was quite deteriorated and you can tell they have invested in improvements. They gave us a room superior to the one we booked, which is always appreciated, and it was very good. They have carried out some construction work and installed some elevators that reach the pool, and they have also set up a chill-out area on the 8th floor; the views are incredible. The pool is good, although it was crowded with too many users—that's what the heat does. The pool needs a touch-up, although the garden is spectacular.
