Year after year
It has been several years, if not many, that we have spent our vacations at this wonderful hotel.
The treatment, the service, the food, the facilities, the comfort, etc., make my family and me delighted to return year after year.
I would like to congratulate everyone: entertainment, waiters, cleaning staff, chambermaids, receptionists, maintenance, lifeguards, pool attendant staff, etc., and all of them magnificently coordinated by their director, Mr. Antonio.
I only have to congratulate you, and next year we will see each other again without a doubt. Best regards.

No Frills
As a British family- if you're sociable and looking to stay mostly on site/join in and use the facilities, I wouldn't recommend this site.
The resort is heavily Spanish, which isn't a problem per se. But, no one speaks English and as a result, children cannot happily join in with the games/entertainment. In fact, a number of times our 6 year old daughter was actively ignored by staff once stating she was English. No one tried to include her even once and as a result she didn't stand a chance of a diploma/certificate at any point and that really hurts a child!
As adults we could use google translate to order drinks/make requests on a small/low level basis but for the actual entertainment etc it wasn't possible. The shows mon-weds were juvenile games all in Spanish and boring. The bars were stated as being open until 01:00 but were closed at 11.30. The staff had significant varying friendliness
There were positives- the room was cleaned well every day. The shower was quite powerful but literally soaked the whole bathroom. Food wasn't too bad but was very hard for a vegetarian at times.
Pools were quite good but not the cleanest. Nothing much to do locally without a big journey
Generally speaking this is a budget hotel for Spanish locals. We didn't have a bad time but definitely wouldn't return

Good hotel for families
Very good hotel; it is worth noting that the food is of very good quality, the facilities are very clean, the entertainment team is very pleasant and provides a lot of fun, they are wonderful, the pools are a delight for both kids and adults, we will return.

Fabulous overall!
Phenomenal hotel.
Highly recommended for families and groups of friends. Good and varied breakfast, buffet, and dinner service. Various activities to avoid boredom, and above all, my congratulations to the reception staff (Luna, Roxana, Alexandra, Rita, and Javier, you are fantastic) and dining staff (Frank, great maitre, Maite, José, etc.).

"Misleading all-inclusive and poor management
The only positive aspects were the location and the friendliness of the staff.
However, the overall experience fell well below expectations. There was only one restaurant and one bar open, both extremely crowded.
We were informed that the towel service would only begin on June 10th, yet the pool employee was distributing towels to people he knew, which showed a lack of consistency and fairness in the service.
In addition, children’s holiday camps, conferences, and weddings were taking place simultaneously within the hotel, creating a noisy atmosphere far from what would be expected for a relaxing stay.
The rooms were small and the air conditioning was very noisy.
Overall, it was an experience not to be repeated.
