Decent hotel, large rooms but lacking curtains

Our twin room at Edemi hotel was huge and had two double beds. Private shower and bathroom were good, but the window had no curtain and with the way the building was built - people from other rooms could look into our bathroom. The bedroom had a huge window with no dark curtains either, so we were awaken at 5:30AM by the rising sun.

Disaster

+excellent location near the theater, in the city center; spacious rooms
-
We remained with the doorknob in our hand at the first use (when we wanted to close the door after receptionist leaving)
After 5 days mountaineering we arrived to that hotel hoping for a bath. The electricity was switched off in the hotel (the other buildings around had electricity) in the moment I was with the shampoo on the hair and after few minutes the hot water became cold. The reception said that will be solved in 10 minutes but it lasted 2 hours.
Meanwhile I noticed:
- a window couldn’t be closed, a lot of noise from the street especially from a pub (closing at 1 AM)
-the door of the fridge was broken.
-no pressure of water at 3rd floor at least
-a light bulb blinked above the bed in any position (on/off) and a previous guest tried an workaround sticking a paper on it
-to one of room we didn’t find any method to switch off the light from bath other than to remove the light bulb
-the bed has a very soft mattress
Because we didn’t have time to change the hotel (2 nights stay), we communicated in the morning all above issues to the receptionist, but nothing was solved until evening (neither the minor ones).
I asked to speak with the manager and the manager was available only to 10 PM when he said that we are free to leave the hotel if we don’t like the conditions.
The attitude of entire personal was unfriendly and rude.
The photos from booking probable were done in the day of the hotel inauguration now everything from this hotel is disintegrated.

Good location

Apart from great location the best thing about the property was the free airport transfer for genius travellers. The room was spacious and clean.Difficult to communicate as the staff barely speaks any English and the staff not so friendly apart from one girl.

Worst experience!!!

Stayed in this hotel for 1 night and turned to be a nightmare. The room was small. Beds were not good with old bedsheets and cover. Bathroom door doesnt close properly. When informed the reception, they said they cant do anything about it. Paid 60 Gel for 1 night.

simple hotel, no elevetor

A simple hotel, Located not far from the town's park. We had a room for 2, with a privet toilet and shower. It is a small room, not much of a place for your bags. The balcony isn't a real balcony, just a mini pop out to the street.
We had hot water and very nice people who tried to help even though not everyone knew English.
There are many small places to eat nearby.
