The sweetest staff, excellent cleanliness and delicious breakfasts!
Family owned hotel! The staff are so nice, welcoming and helpful! Made us feel very comfortable.
Breakfast lady was very passionate about making food the way we liked it. She frequently asked to know our allergies and what veggies we disliked, then proceeded to make changes to the foods so that it matched our tastes. She said “well it’s a small hotel, so i might as-well serve you some food you’d like to eat”. It was such a nice and welcoming gesture.
Cleaning maids were sweet and positive too. Rooms and halls felt very clean.
We’ll be returning to Samos again, and we’ll be staying at the Virginia hotel. 10/10. Best experience for the price you will get.

Excellent
Very good location very close to the center. Helpful staff willing to help with anything you need. Very good breakfast, satisfying enough to start your day. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. The pool is a little small on the terrace (reasonable for a city hotel) but rewards you with the view of the city from above as well as for a dive of coolness when it is out 40 degrees. I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel was very inviting and comfortable. the views from the poolside balcony were absolutely beautiful and the staff went above and beyond. Sofia was extremely kind and helpful. We loved our stay here and it was a perfect spot to relax in Samos!

Great hotel with an amazing breakfast and a pool!
We had a great time at this hotel.
It was off the main area and was worth the walk up the hill!!
I had a couple of questions that I needed answered before booking and Fonti & Kalimera came through quickly so I could book with confidence.
Pros:
1. The design and decor were great.
2. Any of the staff were easy to talk to (us speaking Canadian ) and really helpful.
3. The included breakfast was way more than what we expected. Large variety of hot/cold foods. No pictures included since I was too busy eating..
4. Quiet location and tons of water pressure.
Cons
1. The pool area has a minimal area (2 chairs) for shade cover. The tile and loungers get ridiculously hot. In my opinion, a sun shade or some type of umbrella would be beneficial.
2. The towels provided in the room are not meant to be used for the pool. We didn’t see any additional pool towels anywhere. If you’re traveling, it feels like it is uncommon to need to bring around an additional pool towel.

You are absolutely right regarding a sun shade and this is already scheduled to be placed. We used to have sun umbrellas but they all flow away or broke some very windy day!! Therefore we decided not to replace them in order to avoid any accident.
