Travelled with TUI SVERIGE AB

We stayed in this hotel earlier.
TUI SVERIGE AB has, insofar, refused us the opportunity to provide a review on DAMO hotel (Samos , Greece).
Where to begin?
The bed was broken and not fixed.
Shower pressure was off...
No space to turn in the Attic Room, 3rd floor Damo Hotel.
Have to sit sideways on the toilet.

Arrogant reception and worn hotel

Check-in. First and last contact with an employee.
A very arrogant young Greek man approached us in a very unfriendly way. He seemed upset about us coming. He had a hurry to charge the fixed tax but also a considerable fee for Air Conditioning about 500kr it is frightening that it is not incl in the price.
The room had a lovely view of the city. Good depend on the little balcony and well there was an umbrella out there.
The beds were miserable. Total hard. We were completely broken in the back already after 1 night. No extra pillows in the closet.
The toilet was very worn.The drainage in the floor was partially stopped so the water splashing over from the shower could not run out properly. There was no suspension for shower head so we had to stand up in the bathtub and hold the shower. In the bathtub was dried old paint.
The little the kitchen worked fine and nice with a fridge with small freezer. Nice daily cleaning. Sweet and smiling lady. 5 star for location, but the worn hotel/ beds and the super arrogant reception can unfortunately not outweigh the overall rating to more than 2 stars

It's okay to sleep there

The receptionist was absent when we arrived. Found the phone number hanging on the door. Introduces myself and tells why I'm calling. The receptionist then shouts "what do you want?!" on the phone before I say that it is desirable to be checked in. Was told he would be there in 10 minutes. Ended up having lunch in the restaurant next door. Took 40 minutes from the time our conversation ended until he arrived.
Quite decent rooms. Missing shower attachment for the shower head. The sink and basin were not cleaned.
The bed was changed every day.
Shower water from the floor above flowed out onto the small balcony we had.
All in all, okay to sleep there.

Uzak Durulması Gereken Bir İşletme

Bayram tatilinde konaklamamıza 12 saat kala ödemesi yapılmış rezervasyonu iptal ettiler. Zar zor başka bir otelde yer bulduk. Tabiki son dakika ve bayram olduğu için 3 katı fiyatına. Daha sonra otele gidip isletmeciye neden rezervasyonu iptal ettiğini sorduğumuzda sıcak su yoktu cevabını aldık. Şaka gibi.:) Paranızla bu duruma düşmeyin. Bu fiyatlara merkezde çok daha güzel kahvaltı dahil yerler var.

Hotell Damos sätt att behandla sina eventuella kunder.

Vi hade genom Booking bokat och betalt boende på Damo. nio dagar innan så meddelade de oss att vårt rum var avbokat pga tekniska problem med vattnet. Våra vänner skulle åka veckan innan oss och vara borta två veckor. De hade inte blivit avbokade. Då vi påpekade det, tog det fem timmar och de bokades också av, detta två dagar innan. Vi fick snabbt hitta nytt boende. Dialogen mellan oss och Damo (som de skrev under med) var kort och otrevlig. Vår teori är att de troligen dubbelbokat. Vi gick förbi hotellet varje dag och det satt boende på alla balkonger med havsutsikt, vilket vi bokat. Vi läste gamla omdömen och fann ut att det inte var första gången. Ska man vara säker på ett boende ska man nog boka på plats. Vi blev som sagt bara knäppt på näsan. Väldigt trist, dålig kommunikation, ingen personlig underskrift utan bara Damo. Vi reser till Pythagoras två gånger per år, och har aldrig blivit behandlade på detta vis.
