Great hotel perfect location

Booked this hotel because of its location,and we weren't disappointed it's ideal for exploring Rhodes,You have Elli Beach right on the door step,nice walk towards harbour onward to Old town.
You have loads of lovely restaurants close by.
The staff at the hotel are great,the rooms are clean,the breakfast has amazing choice the gentleman running the restaurant and his staff work very hard to make sure it runs smoothly.
The hotel also has a bar it has a lovely outside area to drink especially in the evening when they have traditional greek live music.
Highly recommend

Amazing

First time to this hotel. Could not fault in any way. Yes the pool is small, but you have the beach right across the road. The staff are all amazing. Special mention for Kostas, you where great in every way. Such a pleasure to meet you.

Modern, Friendly, Clean Hotel in a Great Location

Visited this hotel modern mid May 2026, we were not sure what to expect as some of the reviews were mixed online, however we loved this hotel and cannot fault it in any way. We felt safe, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean and modern, looks like it may have had a referb looking at some of the older photos on here. Cleaners always smiling and welcoming, food was good and the dining room staff were continually cleaning the tables and seeing guests were ok, the pool area again was clean with sunbeds and lounging chairs around, the bar and lobby were beautifully decorated and corridors were always clear and clean. Our room was exactly the one we paid for, this is a big thing for us as our last few holidays we have had to battle for the correctly paid for room on arrival, so this was wonderful getting what you paid for. Again the rooms were clean and modern, we were in room 148 overlooking the sea at the front on the 4th floor. If you want to hire a car there is plenty of free parking around the hotel, we hired a car for 2 days and managed to park right in front of the hotel both times with no issues. There are plenty of mini markets, variety of little shops and restaurants on the doorstep and is a short walk to the main town with your high street shops (marks and spensers, stradavarious etc) and again a short easy "flat" walk to the medieval old town (walk along the dry moat its beautiful and eat at Zebrano ) and also the harbour where you can arrange excursions and find the viral sea shell boat shops. Fantastic holiday in a fantastic hotel with a perfect location.

Excellent

Hotel Excellent very clean. Staff very friendly lady making omelette every morning is lovely. Bar is excellent. All staff work very hard. Will be returning again next Summer

Food - disaster

The hotel is in a great location, the pools are nice, and the beach is exactly what we were looking for – small, quiet, and relaxing.
Unfortunately, the food was a complete disaster. Almost every meal was inedible, with very poor quality and no variety. It was by far the biggest disappointment of our stay.
Another major issue was the coffee. Proper coffee wasn’t even available, and the one they served was simply undrinkable.
It’s a real shame because the hotel has a lot of potential, but the food completely ruined the experience for us. We would never come back, and we definitely wouldn’t recommend it. With food of this standard, this hotel deserves no more than 3 stars.
