True paradise for the soul

If you are looking for a nice quiet place, away from the everyday noise even in the tourist area, this is the right place to be. Staff is nice people, frendly. Nice hotel with nice clean rooms, near to the beach. You won't find luxury here if you expect that, but if you want to find peace in the soul and rest good, you are in the right place.

Horrible - Avoid at all costs

No sense of service from inexperienced staff.
Aging bedding, bathroom in poor condition.
Breakfast non-existent. Dirty place (the trash piled up in the parking lot of the establishment stagnated throughout the stay) and poorly maintained (the garden is fallow and does not correspond in any way to the photos on site!
To be avoided and/or avoided urgently!

Stay away- far away- from this run down non-service at all dirt whole

I can’t find words to describe this terrible place other then horrific. We have arrived after 20h with small children after a long trip on a ferry and a walk from the bus station. There was no one to give us a key or tell us where we are actually staying. Other guests told us, that the people working there would hardly be around and I should call the number given on the booking platform. Calling the “management” they didn’t pick up but send a text that a certain mr. Dionisos would be arriving in a few minutes. Meanwhile my husband found the gardener to open us the door. The place was the worst I have ever seen. I guess pictures say more then a thousand words so have a look yourself. It’s definitely far away from what you see on booking platforms. Wholes in the floors, totally laid through beds, old and run down furniture (which is mainly old garden furniture from ikea) and all the interior actually, wholes in the mosquito nets, stinking bathroom where the water wouldn’t rund down properly but flood the whole room, no shower curtains (what actually I am happy about regarding the conditions of everything there), mould on the bedding, dirty light switches, and too much more to mention in detail. The terrace- which in principle would be lovely, was “separated” by a wooden branch to “secure” of for kids from falling off the too low railing. I could sleep the whole night but only think of how to get away in the middle of summer last minute with a family of four. The next morning the was supposed to be breakfast. But nobody there to tell you where and from what time or anything. After all we saw somebody showing up at the “ beach bar”- part of the place, who after us asking for breakfast said not more then “yes” but disappeared for about half an hour returning with Omelett and toast and some dirty cutlery. The food itself was ok, and if there would have been more information, we wouldn’t even complain. An hour later some more guys showed up, sat at the bar, smoked, drank coffee. Later we found out this where the people sort of running this place. They didn’t really welcome us or ask if we found everything right and in order or anything else. We have never experienced such a bad non existing service “ hotel” - really the only good thing is that it’s right at the beach but actually nobody would like to stay there anyway because even beach beds are run down. Luckily, we found a agreement with the owner of the place (who is actually not there but only available by phone) to not pay the full price and be able to leave earlier. But actually any Cent for this place is too much.

Great location of which the potential unfortunately has not been translated yet into a great stay

Superb locatiion on the beach, nice private terrace and good beds, those are the positive things. Everything else of the basic stuff is a real challenge here and not at a level I would expect. Shower works but is leaking all over the place; Cleaning is done every day, but not really clean, smelling garbage bags are lingering outside for several days and you have to take care you don’t stumble on other stuff that is around the area. Breakfast is included, but very basic of low quality and every day the same (better go somewhere else): the manager from the bar gets a nicer omelet with bacon and cheese, we as a customer are not allowed to have that, only a plain one. When asking for tea they look at you like you’re from another planet. Etc. We regret we booked this place for 2 weeks, I would certainly not recommend it to others.

Little paradise

Amazing place... a small and lovely hotel, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean rooms... very kind and accomodating service...and the best: access to the most beautiful beach on Paros island. It has crystal clear water and light sand. With your hotel room comes the acess to palm-like sun umbrellas, and loungers. Breakfast was served on the beach lounge... I had the pleasure to the be there in the low season, so it was super quiet. The hotel also has a room for yoga - I actually participated in a yoga retreat at the hotel. This was the perfect location for it, surrounded by nature, with sea, beach, fields and Paros hills all around. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!
