charming and relaxing studio
excellent charming place and nice personnel nice price best services clean hotel and apartments facilities to supermarket and restaurant and lovely relaxing beach, nisiotiko hotel a nice paradise on drios beach

Run! Run away!!!!This is Faulty Towers!
First of all, you need to be careful when you book, this place because the hotel and the studios are two different buildings. Studios are fine, but the hotel NOT FINE. Especially the ground floor rooms, were we were placed.
Let's start from the good things.
1. Location, lovely spotted just above the beach of Dryos.
2. Surroundings, lovely green garden, with a traditional plantation makes you feel you are in a house.
3.Manager of the hotel Yiannis Boutsikos, lovely, smiley, polite and try to fix and answer any need of the clients. Lovely person. Poor guy he had a lot to answer and be excused for.
And that's all with the positive.
The reality now.
Hotel room just basic with old repainted beds from the 70s decade, as long as 1.80cm that can hardly accomodate nowdays an average tall woman. When we we called to book the room we mentioned my husband was 1.93cm tall and they said the beds were 2m!!!Bathroom so tiny that even my daughter 4 years old at the time couldnt fit in the shower which was as small as 50cm. No need to say that every time we had a shower the water was reaching the room. Refridgerator was leaking so thats with the cold water in the room and noisy that you'd rather have hot tea than turn it on. AC wasn't working!!! 40C on the insland.They had to come around 3 times cause when you had a door or a window open wasn't working, and guess what? one of the windows was broken. First night hot water from the solar heating finished so I had to shower my child...with cold water. Wi-fi was only working in a certain spot right outside the reception.Peace and quite was not of the list of the owner an old retired teacher, that from 8.00 o'clock in the morning was shouting and talking loud in the corridor like he was in a flea market. Also the fact that at the end of the corridor that our room was placed, was the reception and the bar where they were preparing the breakfast, was also a big noise source cause you could hear all the clinging from the plates, the coffee machine, the phone ringing, owner giving orders and all the steps from people walking. Breakfast was another story. Basically, only filter coffee, prepacked juice, bread/rusks with small packs of butter and marmalade and every other day only boiled eggs. One day the bread was mouldy and the owner said it was fresh but when they buy it from the bakery its warm so the steam creates mould in the plastic bag!!! Yes after a week probably, but not if the bread was fresh as he said and was bought at the same morning!! Sorry that wasn;t a holiday and this is not a hotel people should me more considerable about what they provide. Unfortunately this lack of service and behaviour is not a very good publicity fro the island.

Great place to stay!!
My wife and I stayed here during the first week of May 2014. It was wonderful. Gregory (the owner) and Valentina (his hotel assistant) make you feel right at home. The room we stayed in was right on the water and you could leave the door to your balcony open at night and hear the waves lapping against the shore. It (Drios) is a very quiet town with a grocery store and nice beach all within walking distance.

Un petit paradis !
Hotel très agréable, au bord de l'eau, petit déjeuner dans le jardin, certaines chambres donnant derrière ont une terrasse très sympa. Accueil très sympathique de Gregory et de Iannis. Les appartements sont très confortables, joli déco, celui pour 4 a une grande terrasse. Restaurants excellents à côté, épicerie, arrêt de bus à 200m. Un endroit hors du temps qui est toujours aussi charmant !!!

Θαυμάσιες Διακοπές
Μείναμε σε καλόγουστο, καλής κατασκευής, δίχωρο διαμέρισμα.Ήταν ευρύχωρο,πολύ λειτουργικό και είχε μπάνιο με μπανιέρα και άφθονο ζεστό νερό, καθημερινά. Βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη,καθαρή, όμορφη και άμεσα προσβάσιμη παραλία.Πολύ καλό σέρβις δωματίου.Φιλόξενος, ευγενικός και καλλιεργημένος ο ιδιοκτήτης. Κάναμε εξαίρετες διακοπές.
