Nice property with great value for money

Really a nice structure, well maintained and one of the strong points is definitely the cleanliness of both the common areas and the rooms. Convenient location, you reach a beautiful equipped beach on foot in a few minutes and by car in 10 minutes you get to Korissia. Absolutely honest prices. I really recommend.

EXCELLENT STUDIO

Very beautiful Studios, close to the sea, decorated with taste, fully equipped, tv and a/c in every room, fireplace in the living room, swimming pool for adults and children with nice sunbeds, beautiful garden.
Comfortable beds and pillows.
Balcony table, sunbeds.
Friendly staff, they gave us a map of the island with directions for bathing and eating.
Ideal for couples as well as families.

Holidays in Gia

A very nice and quiet accommodation.. Our stay was excellent. Very polite and willing all of them.. From Mr. Marco to the girls who work there. The cleanliness very good from the daily care of the rooms the pool and the common areas.. In a very good spot of the island with easy access to many parts of it (shores, Chora). I would definitely recommend it to families with children and not only.. Thank you for everything.

Very good stay at Kea

We stayed at this location for a week-long vacation on the island. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The kitchenette was well-equipped with everything needed to prepare breakfast. However, the shower cabin was quite small, so you had to be cautious when moving around to avoid hitting the faucet. The room also had an additional door with a mosquito net, which was a nice touch. One downside was that the doors could be noisy if not carefully closed, which occasionally disturbed our sleep when neighboring guests returned late at night. The room featured air conditioning and a safe deposit box for added convenience.
The nearest beach was within walking distance, and the hotel had a pleasant pool area, mainly used by families with children. Breakfast wasn’t included in the stay, but it was available for purchase at the pool bar. We found the parking area spacious and had no trouble finding a spot for our car.
Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.
