great location great accommodation

Mrs. Despina is an incredibly polite, helpful and positive host. We stayed 5 nights and were really pleased to leave. Great location and ambience. Regular cleaning every day added a touch of convenience. We felt right at home. It’s a place we’ll go back without thinking.

Excellent experience

ONE OF OUR BEST EXPERIENCES.
The location is excellent, with a large, nice and well maintained garden. Palm trees, olive trees, lemon and pomegranate trees. Large parking place.
The landlady, is keen to help you with all needed information.
Everyday cleaning. Towels changed by request.
The kitchen is equipped with everything needed.
Air conditioning in every room.
The place is quiet, perfect to disconnect from everyday noise and stress.
Despina, we are looking forward to seeing you again and ευχαριστώ πολύ για όλα.

Beautiful Retreat

My partner and I spent a week here. The grounds and studios are beautiful, everything works, the host is very friendly and helpful. Short walk to the beach and to a beach bar. Close to archaeology site and right along the trekking loop trail. Multiple places to eat within a 10 minute walk. Close to the bus stop.
Our studio had a comfortable bed, A/C, nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable bathroom. Clothesline out back, sitting area with tables and chairs on front porch. Grounds are gorgeous, lots of flowers.

Amazing stay in a modern studio

I stayed 2 months in a studio here, and it was wonderful! The place has just been totally renovated, so it looks modern and beautiful. There is a very nice yard from where you can see the sea, a barbecue, a room for the washing machine. The place is very well lit, as there are no buildings on either side of the rooms. The garden and terraces are amazing to get sun, even in the winter! The kitchen has everything you need for cooking : oven, kettle, sandwich maker, new pots and pans, etc. The place is also very close to the beach, and even in winter we went swimming almost every other day!
The highlight though are definitely the owners; they are so nice and friendly, they were super understanding whenever we had questions or needed something, and they gave us a very good price!

Beautiful, peaceful stay

Newly renovated rooms with lovely clean and airy kitchens and bathrooms. The location is very peaceful (just a 12 minute drive from Mitilini centre). It is better if you can rent a car while you stay here (or use a bicycle). The beach is a 2 minute walk away and there are lots of little 2-3 hour hikes you can do in the hills behind. The garden is very beautiful and relaxing. It had everything you need (we liked to cook out own food so that was excellent because it had pots and pans and utensils). You can see a bit of the sea from outside your room which is beautiful. The owners are extremely kind and helpful and will answer all your questions! Thank you for such a beautiful stay :)
