SURPRISE AT THE END OF THE SEASON
We repaired Plakias in Rethymno at the end of October. We started without having booked somewhere specifically, although we had seen various accommodations. We preferred a small hotel just for tranquillitywhat we needed so much. After some wandering we came to Lamon by chance.
Away from the wave, clear with very polite staff, although at the end of the season the fatigue is huge. Great breakfast and very good room price.
Plakias is a simple tourist village but with great taverns and restaurants. Don't look for nightlife, which we liked. I hope that authenticity and tradition will be preserved in South Crete. Which I take for granted.

The Best Hotel in Platias !! ⭐️⭐️⭐️
My main question is why this wonderful hotel is not 5 or 6 star ?! ⭐️
Have just stayed there ...the room was superclean , modern and comfortable. The staff were friendly , smiling and helpful , especially Violetta always available and cheerful at reception The swimming pool ideal and clean .The breakfast was excellent with a great selection of delicious food . The procinity and views of the sea literally opposite and the pretty village on your doorstep with so many shops and amenities made our holiday perfect !! Beautiful beaches ⛱️ with crystal-clear sea are only 5 minutes away .All highly recommended!!! Please up your ratings !!

I highly recommend it!
Excellent stay! Clean rooms, excellent breakfast with many choices in salty and sweet • In the most central point of Plakias with incredible views from the rooms and from the area where breakfast is served, I highly recommend it!

Only the location deserves, otherwise....
Hotel located in good location but dated. Without a lift, suitcases must be carried on the weight stairs. Breakfast poor and with coffee and cappuccino for a fee... Tiny pool, little bigger than a tub and very low.There are better choices in the area!

Please allow us to clarify: our pool, although not large, is designed as a relaxing spot for our guests, and our breakfast – which consistently receives one of the highest ratings on the booking platforms – includes a wide variety of options. Espresso-based drinks such as cappuccino are available at a small extra cost, as clearly indicated on our menu.
For clarity, our hotel has never advertised an elevator, and we always inform guests that access to the first floor is by stairs.

Mrs Violetta at the reception unique!!!
Very important that there is constant service on the beach from the kids at the bar. The hotel has its own umbrellas and sunbeds!
I hope to be able to come back next summer.
