Incredible setting and perfect stay
We couldn’t have dreamt up a better setting for our time in Milos. The view and overall vibe of the charming bay and our patio was perfection. The apartment was spotless and the appointment was over the top- all the snacks and groceries we needed (including homemade marmalade!) plenty of water, toiletries, a beach bag, and even a small local gift upon departure. Very communicative to make sure we were okay. We sincerely hope we can return!

Perfect Pallonia Spot
Could not imagine a better spot. Looks right over at the restaurants of pallonia across the little harbor.
The place is spotless. Everything seems brand new.
We rented the upstairs unit and the one on the main floor. There is also a lower unit right on the water ( did not see that one)
Great attention to detail. Mrs Tereza even does wash and dry laundry. What a treat when traveling light.
Nice 5 min walk into town. Super quiet. Could not be better. Almost booked Milos breezes but much happier here. No hill to walk at the end of the evening.

Wonderful Place to stay
This property is at the end of the road outside the 'downtown' of Pollonia, less than a very easy and flat 10 minute walk to all of the restaurants and the beach nearby. We had the largest suite, with a big patio area. Below us was a waterfront place and above us a smaller unit (that our friends were in). We overlook a small boat mooring area, on the less windy side of the peninsula. You could get in the water there, but it is rocky, so its useful to cool off but not a 'beach'. We did jump in several times though. Booking through the travel agent was easy, but they were slow in responding to info requests after booking. The owner of the property uses the travel agency for all communications, as she and her husband are 'locals' who live on property and don't do the internet themselves. Theresa speaks enough english, is the owner and keeps impeccable care of the property, promptly cleaning each day at 11am, knowing our schedule had us out of the unit then. The unit has a separate bedroom, a great bathroom and a small kitchenette with stove and refer, as well as a nice coffeemaker. They stock the fridge with fruits, cheese and ham, bottled water and juice, and even have a few bottles of private made wine for you too. Also have some white sliced bread and a panini maker for a quick morning bite. The pride they have in the property shows. Another review was negative about the neighbors. We found them to be a normal island generational local family--- they weren't bothersome--and we got to know them through our 5 day stay. This is a very local property--as most are there--owned by locals. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Outstanding!
We spent 9 nights on the ground floor suite and have an amazing holiday. The owner, who lives behind and cleans the apartment is one of the most dedicated owners we have ever met. She is determined to make your stay perfect. The apartment is beautifully furnished and stocked with lots of goodies. Complimentary wine, fruit bowl (regularly refreshed), cake and small treats. The air-conditioning works perfectly, strong wi-fi, safe, inside table and chairs, lounge, TV, outdoor table and chairs plus 2 x sun loungers. Enormous balcony with perfect view over the town. Direct access in front to swim. Protected from high wind. Short walk to bars, restaurants and beaches. Beautiful pottery gift given to us when we checked out. We will be back here but will stay longer. A big thanks to the owner for making our stay here perfect!

Do NOT stay here!
Do NOT stay here!!!! It is a duplex and the neighbors have several cages of loud birds, there are 4 adults and a crying baby living next door. We complained several times - NO response. Finally the owner responded and cops were called but nothing was ultimately done. They had parties until late at night on deck with 12 people so we couldn’t enjoy the outside deck. They smoked and talked extremely loud. The lady talked on FaceTime in the morning and it was super loud and just unpleasant. We complained several times to the rental agency and they just ignored us. The owner actually called the police. Do NOT Rent this place.
