Excellent
Spent 5 nights here and throughly enjoyed it. Paul and Helen, who own the apartments, are passionate and knowledgable about the island of Tilos and are at always about without being intrusive. The apartments are a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 5 min walk to everything else. They could easily accommodate 3-4 people and have a good size bathroom and a decent kitchen if you want to do any self catering. We were apprehensive about booking at first as the apartments don't have air con. However they do have a good ceiling fan which kept us comfortable with the temperature not falling below the 90s. Our apartment was clean and well maintained, the beds were comfortable Internet was available but went off for a couple of hours one day but as soon as we mentioned this to Paul it was sorted by the time we had returned as he had installed extra boosters in the room. Would we return to Tilos and to these apartments? Definitely! They are good value and run by a really hospitable couple - we even joined them for a few to many beers one night in their local bar!

Peaceful surroundings, great hosts.
Just far enough out of village to embrace the real feel of this beautiful island of Tilos. Have been travelling here for many years, and this is a great find.! Helen and Paul are lovely.The accommodation is spacious, and you can arrange for supermarket delivery. The guys also meet you at the port, and what is rare, they take tou to ferry at end of holiday.

Great location, peaceful, excellent value
I've just come back from my third stay at Kosmos Studios and really recommend them. The studios are in a quiet location just a couple of minutes walk from Livadia beach so you have the benefit of being very close to the beach and restaurants whilst being able to retreat to peace and quiet. Studios are modern, well-equipped (including kitchenette and fridge), clean and very spacious with a balcony that faces the garden. Note that studio 1 is just by the road - not noisy - but we did enjoy saying hello the odd passer by from our balcony including an elderly couple who go to feed their goats in the evening. The other ground floor studios are away from the road. The owners Helen and Paul are English and have been on the island for 16 years - they built this place themselves so it is kept with tender loving care. They are kind, friendly and generous hosts and took very good care of us. Very good value for money!

Perfect for comfort, tranquility and location.
Well appointed, clean, studio with balcony at each end,so always shade if you need it. Hospitable hosts who meet and greet at Port and deliver you back, even at ungodly hours for departure.
Close to beach, (3 min), and to village for buses, shopping, boat trips, bakery etc.(5 mins), Lovely restaurants within a 3-5 min walk with sea views. Second trip to Tilos for us; if we go again would have no hesitation in staying here once more.
The town square is a great place for an early evening drink. The walk from Chorizo to St Anthony is easy ( 40 min downhill amble), and the monastery is a great trip.

Kosmos Studios are in an ideal location, just set back from the busy front it affords a quiet nights sleep, and ready access for a dip in the sea 50m away.
With picturesque views on front and rear private terraces with each apartment, sun seekers, and shade seekers alike, have a choice of where to read a book throughout the day.
There are plenty of quality restaurants just a two minute walk along the front.
The apartments are meticulously clean, with good facilities, for a modest price.
Owners Paul and Helen are on hand at all times to give useful tips and advice about the island and what to see and do.
