Excellent!!!

Excellent experience! The room was clean, comfortable and with very nice aesthetics. Very nice view of the sea and the marina of Nikiana which is ideal for hiking in the evening for food and whatever else you want!!! The staff was polite, and the owner Mr. Giannis polite willing to help and made us feel like at home and especially Dina!!! Breakfast was rich, with fresh local products!!! The location is perfect, very close to the sea at 50 meters on foot the location is excellent and relatively very close to the city of Lefkada.

Fire at the property

SOS! Do not book at this property. The property got on fire. Our stay on the first night of 27/06/2026 ended in a nightmare. The safety rules are not respected. The dawns of the 28/6 I woke up in the sleep of a strong light that came from the bathroom and was accompanied by various sounds. I went straight out to the balcony and saw the air conditioner unit burning. I woke up my mate who rushed to call the fire and together with another tourist of the accommodation they tried to extinguish the fire. Who finally succeeded and wiped it out. During the fire and the unit of our own air conditioner making explosions due to the fluids. Our room became a gas chamber and ashes. Our clothes all smelled burnt as our swimsuits and the towels in the balloon were all destroyed. In the accommodation there were children and infants. I don't want to know what would have happened if I hadn't woke up. Extremely dangerous accommodation that did not have fire safety.

Old traditional hotel
Staff, fantastic
Rooms great, air conditioning works well and the reception area is very friendly and welcoming
Katerina is a gem and speaks good English and will do anything she can to assist
The hotel is in a perfect location for the harbour with associated restaurants, it is approximately 50 yards from the harbour area

Best Hotel Nikiana

It was a pleasant stay with nice staff and very good breakfast
The location is excellent,directly connection to the beach
Its my 3rd time that i come here and i really love this hotel
I highly recomand it
