Best holiday

Went here with 13 of my friends. Rooms were good with good balcony space and a seat for everyone outside around a table which was a very good touch. Had use of 3 pools which was great. The Bar man was so civil and made sure our stay at the hotel was excellent. He regularly came over to us and joined the craic sharing his own stories and we all thought he was a legend, regularly giving us free drinks and things like that. The food was served all day and was top quality and well needed after a night on the strip. Start to end we were well looked after so would definitely book here if coming on a girls or boys holiday to Zante

My stay in Hotel Must the brown building, that looks like it was the remainder of a war sight.

The place is in awful nick altogether. Pictures are not the same as the place you stay. Me and my mates went thinking it was rooms of 3 which you’d think are big enough to fit 3 lads, but upon arrival we were sent to a different building and then stuffed into an apartment. There wasn’t any type of tables or anything literally 3 beds 10cm apart of eachother. Literally sleeping back to back with eachother. It said a fridge and a safe were in the apartment but the safe was all banged up like someone had already arrived and rob the previous people staying there. And where the fridge was placed, you had to tie the cable across the room so it was a tripping hazard for anyone trying to walk. If you haven’t got an idea of how small the room was yet it is literally your average bathroom in your house. That was the size of the room you were staying in including the bathroom. The balcony is not existent. You can’t actually have anymore than one person on it at a time. Ruined the holiday staying in the place. Definitely wouldn’t waste your time going here. We thought going here was handy because the whole holiday cost us about 500 including flights which fair enough it is cheap as chips. But honestly you wouldn’t leave your worst enemy stay in that place. The only good part was being able to go back there after the clubs all closed at 6 and head to the pool because the place is literally deserted there are no security. But on the last time some had arrived which was the icing on the cake for this lovely beautiful location. Again I wouldn’t recommend this spot to anyone at all .

MUST NOT GO.The worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Where can I start. We booked to stay in the hotel must and they did not accomodate us in the main building showed in the pictures. We stayed in an old small thing. Secondly' it ws really dirty. Blood on the floor, blood in the bathroom before we went. We stayed 4 nights. They did not clean up once, they did not change our sheets and towels. Terrible. They did not have soap, or protection from mosquitos on the windows. You could hear everything but that was the last thing. Also 6€ PER DAY FOR AIR-CONDITIONING and too far from the city center. We did not enter the pool becuse of dirt. Just do not go. It sucked.

WORST Hotel Ever....

Came here on holiday with a group of my friends. We booked it having read that there was wifi, air con and a pool. When we arrived at the hotel to check in, the ‘receptionist’ walked out of the cannabis shop which is within the hotel grounds ( it’s actually situated between the hotel and the hotel pool) - not what it’s pictured or described as in the advertisement on booking.com. Additionally when we asked for the safe to keep our personal items in - the lady pulled the sheet off the back of the door saying they didn’t have safes anymore despite that also being advertised online. Additionally, aircon costs €6 per day. Our main concern was that the doors did not lock and we were a group of 6 girls on the ground floor of the hotel - clearly very unsafe with no receptionist or any safety in the hotel over night. The whole hotel is an absolute disgrace and should not be allowed to function as a hotel. In addition, my friends found blood stains on their bathroom wall and on their towels, pee on the toilet seat, poo marks up the inside of the toilet, loose wires above the wardrobe handing open as well as the back of the hotel looking out into wires - an absolute mess. Never EVER stay in this hotel!!

No No No. Do not stay here !!!

What a shocking hotel. No safes despite website saying they were available. Wifi didn't work. No reception just an open door and a chair and a desk so anyone can wonder in. Bedroom door and patio door didn't lock so massive security risk for anyone to wonder in and steal all your valuables because there is no safe. Blood on towels. Dirty. No cleaning at all. I could go on and on and on. You have been warned. If you book having read this review then only you are to blame if you arrive and realise this place should be shut down.
