Excellent Hotel and Location

fantastic hotel and location especially if travelling on your own. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff cant do enough for you. I didnt want for anything. Lovely pool area and you could get a subbed although you always get some down at 7.30 am to put towels on their beds, very annoying and selfish. I would definitely go again.

Disappointing pool area

We have just had a week here and although the hotel is exceptionally clean, very modern and the bar staff at the pool area are outstanding and can not do enough for you, sadly the pool and sunbed issues were very disappointing, there are only 20 umbrellas and yet 133 rooms, in the hight of season and temperatures this was very disappointing that there were not enough on a daily basis and having to sit at the pool bar waiting till someone moved, on one half of the pool the sun had gone by 14:30 then by 17:30 the whole pool area is in the shade which is when beds became available, for a 4 star hotel very disappointing.

Life time experience!!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Blue Lagoon City Hotel on Kos! From the first moment we felt incredibly welcome. The customer-friendliness and hospitality of the whole team are truly exceptional. You can see from everything that these cheerful, hardworking people do their utmost to give every guest an unforgettable holiday all year round.
Breakfast is stoneware: a very extensive choice, fresh products and something for everyone. In addition, the rooms are neat and clean, and the whole hotel is perfectly maintained. Everywhere it radiates freshness and care.
Thank you to all employees for your commitment, enthusiasm and warm smile. You're really making a difference. We will be back with great pleasure and can highly recommend Blue Lagoon City Hotel!

Excellent Kos town centre hotel.

Great hotel. Went in July 2026 with my wife. Spotlessly clean in all areas of the hotel. Spacious & comfortable room, everything worked. Aircon was very much needed & thankfully it was great. Shower was a proper wet-room, really good. All of the staff were very friendly & helpful.....Joanna deserves a special mention as she was super attentive & pleasant.
If I had any criticism, it is that there don't seem to be quite enough sunbeds around the pool if the hotel is close to full.

Great hotel

Rooms are neat and sufficiently spacious. I found the double shower very convenient , as well as the separate toilet in the bathroom. Breakfast is extensive but personally I didn't find it wow. Fruit juice not fresh, cucumber dried out, room very noisy. Staff at outdoor bar super friendly .
