Relaxing
Rooms clean & comfortable and a good size good pool town not to far where there’s lots of places to eat and a good supermarket. Can’t wait to return here

Hugely upsetting
Booked through Jet2. Hotel is basic, typical of Greek stays, issues with WiFi, poorly lit room, no bar. Close to beach and supermarket.
Cleaner did a great job, very happy.
On arrival, Tuesday, we noticed that the mosquito screen was sticking. This gradually worsened as days went on, even though we only used twice a day, as we are out at the beach all day.
By Sunday, screen came off completely, we told Connie the owner, who told us to report it to reception.
We walked into a trap. Her husband, plus her accusatory daughter in law immediately attacked us,.blaming us for the damage. She accused us of "falling into it by accident " ?
He then became very aggressive, intimidating, his body language quite unsettling. He demanded money from us towards the vosts of repairs, even though it was clearly not our fault. We refused, arguing the screen should be under warranty , as they were less than 2 years old. They revealed that they had been in our room the night before as the cleaner had discovered ball bearings from the runner, on the patio.
Why were they in our room when we were out?
Why didn't they leave a note , telling us not to touch the screen as they knew then there was a problem?
We were extremely upset, really tainted our day,but it didn't end there....
I was called by Jet2. Paraschos had called them to report us. They claimed that we had caused the damage but they were prepared to accept liability !
I spoke with Jet2 twice that day, both agreeing that the issue was a maintenance one, and hotels should carry accidental insurance.
We left 2 days later, without any apology, staff very cool towards us...not a great atmosphere, as you can imagine. We couldn't wait to leave.
I have complained to Jet2 separately,waiting a response.
Would not recommend staying here, because of this.

Great Cheap and Cheerful Base
Just returned from our week stay in the Paraschos studios . The location of these apartments are great less than a 5 minute walk to the big supermarket and a few minutes further to the restaurant and bar lined front. Air con and tourism tax was all included with what we paid booking.com so that was a plus.
Apartment was basic but clean good to use for a base. The pool area is pretty big considering there are only 16 apartments which is good not everyone is all cramped together .
I can’t comment on the atmosphere as we didn’t sit round the pool once during our week stay as we had days out doing trips or down the lovely beach. (Would definitely recommend Yo-Yos beach bar if you want a beach day)
The only negative I would say to this hotel is the bathroom . The pictures shown on booking.com of the shower was the complete opposite to what we had . The bathroom itself is very small and cramped . The shower is what we had a problem with the most. The pressure of the shower was great but the shower itself was a very small tiled square . We struggled with this as we are both 6ft so felt very squashed and not much room to move around in . We ended up having to use our towel clips around the shower curtain to give us more room.
Would definitely return for a good price as it’s a good base .

Lovely place! True gem
What can I say... I always look forward to coming back here. Connie and her team are amazing. Rooms are spotless. They aren't considered luxury but you have a clean bathroom, clean bedding and towels, comfy beds and a superb location. This is my 3rd stay and I will be coming back again. Whilst there isn't a bar or food available, the supermarket is about 5 minutes away at a slow pace so you can stock up on drinks and food and store them in the fridge. There's an excellent takeaway located 2 minutes away (Spiro's) which is open everyday bar Sunday. You absolutely cannot go wrong.
The pool is not too deep and the smaller pool is great for cooling off if you don't fancy a full on dip.
Hotel WiFi is absolutely fine. No issues and very useful for streaming Netflix etc.
The aircon is not included and is 10 euros a night. I wouldn't be without it. Electricity is expensive, it's a luxury I feel is well worth it!
Hotel tax is 2 euros a night per room.
Transfer is about 20 minutes. Usually the first drop off!

Quiet and relaxing holiday with nice hosts.
Had a great 10 days in Paraschos Studios. The Studios are located a 5 minute walk from Kardemena shops and bars. The studios are well kept and clean and equipped with all you need for a 2 week holiday. Connie the owner, her husband (can't remember his name) and Irini the cleaning lady go out of their way to help. The lovely pool and loungers are just a few steps away from the studios. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked for next year while we were still staying there. Definitely recommend.
