Excellent Location

Centrally located on Chios Island, close to the harbor and restaurants, everything is within walking distance, and there's a car park right next door.
The rooms with balconies also have excellent views; it's a clean, spacious, charming, and very nice hotel...

I stayed at Costa Point Kiosk Hotel on August 30. Although I had booked a kiosk room, the room I was given was much smaller. It was in the attic with only one tiny window that couldn’t be opened, and the view was directly facing an air conditioner, which made the room very uncomfortable.
In addition, upon check-in I was asked to pay an extra €2 per day, which they said was a tax. This charge was not clearly stated before and felt misleading, damaging my trust in the hotel.
Because of the poor room conditions and the unexpected extra charges, I cannot recommend this hotel. There are certainly more comfortable and trustworthy options available.

A very bad experience

It was a very bad experience because of the very small size of the room for three people. There wasn’t a real closet, just 5 hungers in an open space. No other place to put our clothes… actually there was a small cabinet blocked with another furniture. We had to carry our luggages on a long stairway without any help. Although the two ladies at the reception were polite the owner was very rude refusing to help us with luggage or any other request. Definitely not valued for money .

***STAYED ROOM EXECUTIV TRIPLE ROOM (3 PEOPLE / NOVEMBER 2024)
Centrally located in the port. You can walk everywhere.
There is free public parking on the side of the back streets
Good cleaning
- The double bed is on the upper floor and the stairs are very narrow; very steep; the steps are very narrow; The side stair railing is shaking. Since the bed is completely white on both sides, the head hits the low wall protrusions that cannot be noticed when getting out of bed
- The sofa bed on the lower floor for the third person is very short and has uncomfortable upholstery.
- It gets a lot of noise because it is right on the road
- You can only go up to the floor of the rooms from the entrance by stairs; there is no elevator.

Holiday with friends

When we were planning a holiday with friends, we found Costa Point by chance on the internet. We realized that the comments were positive. We were really pleased. The young ladies at the reception were very sweet. While we were in Chios, we wanted to join the Tavern and it was important for us that it was both economical and beautiful. The sweet receptionist helped us a lot with this. We got full marks from us for the hotel's location, staff and cleanliness. Thank you for everything.
