Beautiful villa. Clean, safe, private, quiet

We stayed for one week. It was an amazing place. Quiet, large, clean. Everything one could imagine in a real villa.
So comfortable. Hard to get out of bed and harder to leave this wonderful place.

A place to come back

Wonderful place to relax and have a great vacation. The beach is superb and only 5 minutes away by feet. The house is equipped very well and very confortable. Balcony is amazing . Supermarket for buying stuff is only 1 minute by foot . Wifi is working great . Really enjoyed our vacation there

Beautiful modern stone villa overlooking a deep blue sea. Highly recommended.

This is my 3rd trip to Falasarna and I can say it was the best in terms of accomodation. Sunset villa is one of 4 Beautiful modern stone villas overlooking one of the best Cretan beaches and cristal blue sea an uncontaminated landscape.
Two storey villa, with a large terrazza, with free car park, an immense grass garden, 2 bathrooms, an outside shower and a lovely patio. The quality of the beds and ofthe sheets was excellent. Clean. One could not ask for more.
The owner, Andreas is a very polite young man who really looked after us. I highly recommend it.

Gorgeous Villas with incredible sunset and sea views!

These are 4 gorgeous villas, offering different occupancies in a superb location, with amazing sea and sunset views. It has a modern feel with nice sofas, tables and beds, all amenities, but has retains an old Cretan style. The villa was spacious, comfortable and very clean. We really loved the location, it was perfect for getting to most places. It is super near the wonderful Andy Taverna and the supermarket and only 150mtrs from Big Beach, although if you head due north of this you get quieter and prettier bays. The west facing aspect with sea and sunset views were incredible. The terrace was amazing, perfect for sunbathing or star gazing. The gardens with the villa were a delight.
Andreas our host was helpful and on call whenever we needed him and sorted out any problems very quickly. The only other thing I would say is that essentials, such as salt and pepper, cling film and foil, coffee filter papers etc should be in the kitchen, as buying and leaving them there is a pain.
We loved our stay our stay here and can't recommend it enough.
