Comfy, nice and quiet!
Such a lovely hotel, very nice and quiet. The room was very clean and comfy, good beds and enough space. Friendly staff that did their best to make us feel welcome, also great with the kids! We will definetly choose thus accomodation the next time we visit Platanias!

10/10 recommend!
This is my new favorite hotel and restaurant in Platanias! We were here for 2 weeks.
The room was much bigger than we thought it would be, so that was a happy surprise! There was a big bedroom, a big living room, and a large balcony. The bathroom wasn't big, but that was not a problem at all. We had plenty of space! The only small complaints that we have is the water pressure in the shower and that the AC was a bit loud. We had apartment 20 and would happily stay there again! We could have the rooms cleaned 6/7 days a week, and they did a really good job everytime they cleaned!
The pool area was really calm and nice, and the pool was clean and had the perfect temperature to cool of in the heat.
The restaurant was always filled with smiling faces and everyone who worked there seems to love their job! They were joking around and having fun every day. And that always made us smile!
We ate lunch at the restaurant almost every day, and the food was really good! Recommend the Club sandwich! Perfect lunch! I don't think we tried a single dish that was not delicious!
We also ate dinner there 5 or 6 times (had to try the other restaurants too but the last 3 days of our vacation we went back to Ariadne because it was the best!) The carbonara was my absolute favourite! But we also tried the pizza, chicken risotto, chicken with pesto, garlic bread, focaccia, chicken schnitzel, and maaany desserts! Our favourite ones were the chocolate soufflé and the ice cake! But every single one was good! We never had anything at the restaurant that we were disappointed with! For me, it's the best restaurant in Platanias! (And we've tried many over the years!)
The location was perfect for us, a 8 minute walk to the center of Platanias, so it was never loud outside of our room. But if we wanted to go to a club or something "louder" then it was just a small walk away.
I will 100% be back here, and I will recommend the hotel and the restaurant to anyone who will listen! 10/10! Thank you for making our vacation the best!!

A perfect place for a vacation in Platanias
First of all: Christina and the other employees at the hotel (and at the nice beachrestaurant there) were all very friendly and helpfull - answering all our questions before and during our stay there. They also fixed a taxi from the airport to the hotel. The cleaning of our apartment was perfect.
The place is also close to everything in Platanias: To the see, to shops, to the center - and to a busstop to Chania. And also quite close to nature, if you like to walk into the nice olive groves behind Platanias.

Very good welcome and service
We really liked the place. The team was very welcoming and caring. We enjoyed the breakfast and lunch service from our beach chairs. The bed mattress was ultra. ! The hotel is on the beach and in the center of town which is filled with supermarkets and shops

Great food
We did not stay at this hotel, although it looks lovely. We ate at the restaurant which was really good.
Would definitely recommend although it is in the higher price category. The staff were very polite but not overly friendly
