Almost perfect

Central structure, 1 min walk from the port, 5/6 min walk from the main square of Argostoli.
Clean structure, but seen such a cleanliness in Greece after turning 6 or 7 islands.
The studios are equipped with many accessories, fridge, air conditioner, TV, stove, cookware, iron and board, moka coffee maker, kettle etc...
Very few cons, room n 7 is perhaps the smallest, we have seen others much larger but in two you are fine.
Another thing, the water pressure is sometimes very low, as is almost all of Greece. You can cmq to take a shower.
Highly Recommendation.

I advise!

I absolutely recommend this apartment. I was there with my girlfriend for 5 days and we had a very good time. Apartment 2 steps from the center: very convenient in the evening for going for a walk. The entrance was very clean and fragrant, as was the room. Bathroom a little small. I really appreciated the possibility of choosing pillows and also the change of towels daily (despite it being an apartment). The only sore point is the lack of air conditioning in the bedroom. Luckily the evenings were quite cool and with the window open we could rest quite well.
The owner is very kind, she also speaks Italian.

Nice, quiet, clean, cheap - what else do i need?

Visiting Kefalonia for a business trip on March 2014 we found this studios on the web. We booked a triple studio in a price that the other hotels in Argostoli charge for the double room, so as we were 3 person this was very money saving.
Because the nature of our trip was to be on the road most of the day we did not spent many hours in it, we used it just for sleeping.
However the small kitchen with a fridge in it looked very promising for a more demanding stay.
It was clean but the bathroom was a little bit small.

Για ένα βράδυ προτείνεται.

Θέλαμε το δωμάτιο για ένα βράδυ κι ενώ στη booking έδειχνε πως υπάρχει διαθεσιμότητα, η ιδιοκτήτρια μας είπε ότι είναι όλα τα δωμάτια κλεισμένα (προφανώς δεν ήθελε να δεσμεύσει το δωμάτιο για 1 μόνο βράδυ). Έπειτα από διαπραγματεύσεις, μας το έδωσε στα 65 ευρώ. Το δωμάτιο ήταν μικρό και η αποχέτευση του μπάνιου μύριζε πολύ άσχημα. Στα θετικά, το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο, δίπλα από το λιμάνι του Αργοστολίου και κοντά στο κεντρικό πεζόδρομο.

Comodo, tranquillo, funzionale

Ho soggiornato con un'amica per cinque notti nell'appartamento e mi sono trovata molto bene. L'accoglienza e la disponibilità sono ottime e anche la discrezione di chi gestisce la struttura. L'appartamento è pulito, con arredo recente,una camera matrimoniale con letto a una piazza e mezza (molto bella) e un'altra con due letti singoli (più essenziale e senza armadio ma con cassettiera), cucina con salottino,dispone di lavatrice e terrazzino dove poter anche stendere. Posizionato a pochi minuti a piedi dalla piazza e dal porto. Per gli spostamenti, anche coi mezzi pubblici, è ottimo. Forse l'unica cosa da osservare sono i due piccoli bagni ciechi.
