Lovely apartment, with lovely outlook over the pool and garden. Clean and comfortable. Good communication with the owner about the arrival arrangements. Strong reliable WiFi. Embassy Gardens has three pools. We used the nearest one daily and found it clean and the perfect temperature.
Nowhere really to walk to from the apartments, there's taxis outside, but we used Uber mostly.

I had the worst experience with the host. First of all, they have no respect for their guests and speak anyhow to them. Secondly, their rooms are filled with roaches and bugs. The shower was broken and was never fixed even though I complained about it. I have been using embassy gardens for the past 4 years but my recent experience with RT properties got me so pissed. I told the host about this review and he said he doesn’t care what I put out. Just don’t take their studio or one bedroom apartment.

The check in was really bad, but once my room was sorted everything was great. Easy to get a taxi from the hotel (Uber and Bolt), great for food deliveries and because the serviced accommodation was in a central location everything was a short ride away.
I would stay here again as it is safe and the reception staff and security are really nice.

On arrival, check in was slow and there was nobody on hand immediately to complete the checking in. There was no instruction in the apartment about using the 2 to remote controls. No information around about the accessibility of the WiFi.
The air- condition is not effective as the door to the balcony does nt shut properly.
