It's a no no

Poor customer services. the lights went off a few minutes after check in. Sadly, the facility had no standby generator. To add salt to injury, the reception didn't even care to provide any form of alternative form of lightening. She was comfortably talking on phone and didn't care how guests were feeling.

A NO! NO!! HOTEL

Appiah's Royal is a no no place. Everything about this hotel is a minus. The information on the booking site was all false. it was stated that its a 10 minutes drive from the Kotoka International airport and that its a big lie. it was about 25 minutes drive with no good roads, the hotel was hidden and it will take a very good driver who is very conversant with that location to get the place.
Check in was fine, room okay for its price but so much on necessary artificial flowers in the room and bathroom which makes one not to be too comfortable with.
Electricity went off and it takes a while before we were connected to the generating set. The noise of the generator can invite instant headaches.
Will score the hotel 2/5.
Can never return to hotel in future.

"A good suite at Accra, Greda Estate

The room was neat and the interior beautiful. The room was cool and comfortable. The environment was serene and secure. It was easy to access the express way and major places in Accra like the Accra mall and beach.
The suite was affordable as well.
