We stop here quite often as it’s a great place to stay. easy access off the motorway and easy parking. The breakfast here is always excellent with a wide choice. Just a footnote about the bedding- perhaps don’t tuck-in the duvet as when it’s moved it pulls out the bottom sheet and mattress protector = messy bed.

Disappointment

The hotel itself as well as its facilities remain in Accor quality standards, except for the very poor soundproofing of the room.
The reception of the staff is good, although the conformism of the group becomes tiresome in a profession where hospitality in all its aspects should be the keyword, instead of a depersonalized protocol.
What is more disconcerting is the pricing policy for the sector exiting the highway and serving tasteless.
Parking is convenient and free, to highlight all the same.
No mineral water in the room, no water bar or fountain available, a set of simple towels for double occupancy...
We were awakened at dawn by the room service that opened the door to our room... not dramatic in itself, it is only those who do nothing who do not make mistakes.
Nevertheless, despite the facts indicated during the Check out for the sole purpose that the establishment can perfect its level of quality, the additional billing of € 2.50 for 5 pages of printing leaves a bitter taste after a bad night... regrettable.

Excellent hotel stage on the road to the south

Excellent location on the road to the French Riviera
Just one step, placed next to the highway, so do not count on a breathtaking view.
Superb and full breakfast served by friendly and helpful staff.

As we were driving a long way, I wanted to assure that the restaurant and bar would be open in a hotel in the area. This hotel replied back saying that the bar is open all week and so is the restaurant. Booked it, arrived and the bar was not open. The kindly receptionist offered to get us a beer from the restaurant but the beer was flat and uncared for. We went to the restaurant, which had a coach trip in, and the staff could not cope with the volume, tables uncleaned, queues and thinking about that flat beer, thought it would be better to look elsewhere. Disappointing.

Great staff - very warm welcome on arrival. Clean and nice rooms and a great breakfast. Have not heard a thing from the highway close by.
