the internal parking reservation ( included in the booking) was not comunicated to the Hotel, I was able to manage with the reception in the following days as at the begining of the stay it was not anymore available.

Reasonably priced standing

My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of spending a weekend at Rexotel.
We travel a lot in France and abroad.
And we wanted to express our satisfaction for the Quality Service and the general level of this hotel.
The rexotel is original (bathroom separated from the bedroom by a bay window -- which can be protected from view by drawing the curtain ) , very comfortable (bed of 2 m20 )
the decoration art deco style 1970/80 , elegant and impeccable delighted us.
The hotel is beautiful and the price of the rooms very affordable compared to the standing
We'll come back to that for sure.

Do not dare to expect Service

Don’t you dare expect Service and a Sense of Discernment
A 4* product without question, however the product does not do everything..........
Do not hesitate to request a transfer from Tarbes station to the hotel (late arrival) with the prospect that a 4* establishment is able to organize this Service, especially if you make your reservation through booking.com which, to quote the manager: is a provider. You should take the trouble to reply to emails from the provider or contact the property directly.
Do not dare to pay in cash for your stay. According to the rules of the house this is not possible. The person in charge of the overnight Welcoming has no room for manoeuvre and cannot apply the sense of discernment, he is obliged to require payment by credit card in advance or if you persist in wanting to pay in cash, you will have to pay more than twice the price of the night. For the reason that you will empty the minibar and damage the furniture. In addition, if you comply with this rule, you will not be guaranteed at any time by the employee that the overpayment will be refunded to you.
Don’t you dare to write clearly your dissatisfaction on the “guest book” of the establishment, your comment will be simply deleted from a blank page pasted on it, in clear it is not conceivable for the managers that one can say anything other than good....
Do not dare to explain your position as a customer, the manager will have taken the trouble to print your booking file and highlight with the marker all the points that protect her and make that you are ultimately wrong because .... YOU MUST READ!!!!
The icing on the cake, during the settlement, there is forgetting to give you the bill.... What do you think?
This establishment enjoys a privileged location in the city center, offers an absolutely 4* star product, however in a position of strength being the only one on the spot and having been, according to the staff, the victim of recurrent and consequent indelicacies by their customers, applies a drastic anti-commercial policy.
To sum up the motto of “The RexHotel” is “Go to the checkout according to the house rules and everything will go well for you.”

Nous sommes toutefois navrés que certains aspects de votre séjour n’aient pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Nos procédures concernant les règlements ainsi que la gestion des transferts répondent à des règles de sécurité et d’organisation précises, mises en place pour garantir la sérénité et la transparence envers l’ensemble de nos hôtes. D’ailleurs, nous avions répondu à votre demande via Booking.com en précisant que, suite à plusieurs déconvenues, nous organisons uniquement des transferts de l’hôtel vers la destination souhaitée de nos clients, et non l’inverse. Nous vous avions également communiqué le numéro de téléphone de la compagnie locale de taxi afin de faciliter votre arrivée.
Nous tenons enfin à préciser que le réceptionniste qui vous a accueilli n’a fait qu’appliquer le process en vigueur. Votre réaction a malheureusement été disproportionnée et irrespectueuse à l’égard de notre personnel, ce que nous regrettons sincèrement.
Ce sera malgré tout un plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau et de vous offrir une expérience pleinement satisfaisante.

High class hotel

We stayed one night in this hotel and were delighted.
Great location in the city center and close to restaurants, it is a high class hotel.
Our room was great with a large glass bathroom on the room. This room includes bath and shower.
The bed was 2 meters wide and so we slept well.
Breakfast is a bit expensive but very good and varied.
The price including breakfast was 180 euros.
We highly recommend.
