Our studio was clean and in an excellent central location for exploring Strasbourg. Catherine was extremely responsive by email and it was easy to check-in and also rearrange our departure time.

The communications with the hotel were perfect. The apartment was clean and nice. I would like to warn anyone that can not sleep with noise from the street, do not rent this place. You get noise from the restaurants below at night and in the morning the noise is from the street cleaners. Also there is limited hot water. If you take a long hot shower there will be no hot water left until it is regenerated. Lastly, I booked an excecutive apartment with a king bed and pull out sofa for two people. I was not traveling with someone I would share a bed with. I thought I would sleep on the sofa. Unfortunately there was no bedding. I was informed that because I booked for two persons, if I wanted to use the sofa it would be an additional 25 euro per night. Lastly, on the website it states luggage storage, but there is not true luggage storage. You are free to store luggage in a small closet. The closet was very small and shared with workers. It was no secure and could not fit our three luggages.

Great location! I would definitely stay here again! Close to everything and felt very safe. They have a locked gate to get into the property so that made us feel even safer.
