Petite France

Quite central hotel a little far from the case of the Maercatini , good reception as the quality and varied breakfast . Room not garndi but cozy and well heated and clean. Reception to be restored. Recommended but not with Christmas prices

This hotel is in a good location but the price is insane for what you get. A sauna is mentioned in the listing but the price list at the front desk advised of a surcharge associated to its use. I understand the Christmas markets drive up the price at this time of year but I was generally disappointed with my stay. The single room was absolutely miniscule, even by European standards, and offered nothing in the way of amenities. The blanket on my bed was visibly stained when I arrived (gross) and when I pointed it out to the receptionist, I was basically sneered at and gaslighted into thinking it wasn’t there (it absolutely was). I was also told that “I wouldn’t need it” when I asked for another and that it was just for decoration. I can tell you that I wasn’t left feeling confident in the cleaning standards of a hotel that doesn’t wash their bedding or particularly cared for by the staff. Also, they were right that I didn’t need it because the room was sweltering but I couldn’t sleep with the window open because of the surrounding street noise at all hours of the night.

Small old hotel don’t buy the morning breakfast it’s all bread. Nothing hot, hair dryer barely worked

Staff were lovely and friendly, slight misunderstanding with the sauna charge (€11.50 when we went in Dec’25) slightly high just to use it for 15mins. Hotel is close enough to walk to local attractions and amenities.
Rooms however are very outdated and need repainting (not as pictured), pillows were really thin and not comfortable to sleep on. Generally stay was fine but probably won’t stay again.

Three star hotel with 5 star prices!

We stayed one night in this comfortable hotel to visit the city, the shops and the markets. Poor reception almost annoying, the tiny rooms not even three meters by three , not double bed but French .Comodino only on one side, you do not know where to put the stuff so much that it is small the room paid for as a suite! The bathroom with shower without a shelf where to place the necessary bathroom.Wi-fi was not even communicated to us.I do not recommend it for the price you pay!Beautiful Strasbourg bad hotel experience!
