A true haven of peace in St. Tropez
The service is impeccable, with a very convenient shuttle that makes it easy to reach the city center as well as the beaches. The decor is authentic, elegant and full of charm, creating a refined and soothing atmosphere.
A place where serenity, comfort and attention to the smallest details reign. We will return with great pleasure and recommend this address without the slightest hesitation.

Unfortunately, the service did not live up to expectations. We visited the hotel during a very hot day and went there to ask if it was possible to rent sunbeds by the pool. The staff informed us that it went well as long as we had lunch in the restaurant and that the sunbeds would then be free of charge.
After we had our lunch, the big surprise came – on the bill they had added €100 for two sunbeds. We were very upset because it was the exact opposite of what we had been informed about. It felt like we'd been set up. Only after a discussion was a supervisor allowed to come and approve an exemption and remove the fee.
If we had received correct information from the beginning, we would have chosen to book sunbeds on the beach instead.
The service in general was also disappointing. The staff was slow, rarely picked up dishes and it was difficult to get any attention to order or get help.
Too bad because the hotel itself is very beautiful. With better communication and a more attentive service, the experience could have been much better.
