Very correct

Nothing to report everything is on top , room , dinner , breakfast
Very quiet, well soundproofed. Beautiful park well maintained and well flowered. If I had just one complaint it would be the price of breakfast a little excessive for me. The evening meal was very good.

Dissatisfaction with the welcome.

Pleasant setting and clean room.
We are very disappointed with the manager's behavior. Not only did we not receive the room we reserved, but we also paid the same high price, and they refused to listen, even though the hotel was almost empty. Furthermore, the person at the front desk on the day of our departure was unpleasant. The least one can do is to get out of their car, say hello, and ask if the stay was enjoyable before inquiring if we have paid and leaving (even though the payment was made upon arrival).

DESOLATE HELL HOLE IN THE MIDDLE OF NO WHERE

THIS PLACE IS IN THE MIDDLE OF AN INDUSTRIAL ESTATE WE ARRIVED ON SUNDAY THERE ARE NO STAFF AND THE SECRUIRITY GATE WAS SHUT THERE WAS NO WAY IN NO ONE HAD E MAILED US THE CODE. WE WERE LUCKY AFTER TRYING TO TELEPHONE THE NUMBER ON THE GATE [ALL ENGAGED] ANOTHER GUEST WHO HAVE ARRIVED THE PREVIOUS DAY TOLD US TO GO INTO THE VILLAGE WERE A MANAGER OF ANOTHER HOTEL HAD THE CODE TO GET IN DONT STAY HERE ROOMS NOT VERY CLEAN AND A YOUNG GIRL ARRIVED IN THE MORNING FOR BREAKFASTS FLIES EVERYWHERE KITCHEN IN DISARRAY AND BREAKFAST DREADFULL. IF YOU LIKE THE IDEA OF WAITING IN DESOLUTE AREAS TO BE LET IN YOUR HOTEL WITH MOTOR BIKE RACERS PLAYING SILLY GAMES AROUND YOU WITH NO WHERE ELSE TO GO EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE BOOKED IN FOR SUNDAY PLEASE STAY HERE. THE MANAGERS NAME IS RICHARD STEPHANE HIS TEENAGED DAUGHTER SERVES THE BREAKFASTS.

Our Visit to the Le Mans 24hr Motor Race and stay at Le Pressoir Hotel

We make our annual trip to watch the Le Mans 24hr Motor Race. Booking somewhere to stay is always difficult as places are booked a year in advance. Had booked a local hotel via Booking.com, but was let down by these hotels, due to double bookings etc etc. We have stayed at Le Pressoir Hotel on previous occasions which Booking.com knew about due to previous bookings and they very kindly accepted our booking and reserved 2 rooms for our stay, which was a God send as we had already paid for our Eurotunnel and event tickets. The hotel is circa 70km or 45 minutes away from the Le Mans Race circuit, but the drive to and from are on amazing long, straight, quiet roads. Due to delays at Eurotunnel and our late arrival, we received a courtesy call from Justine explaining how to access the free car park and our rooms. Thank you Justine. The Hotel Manager, Stephan, met us when we checked out and was as ever warm and accepting.
Breakfast is not included in the price, but for €9.50 you get a basic continental breakfast, which does the job. There is a local Carrafour supermarket if you need to stock up and the centre of St Calais is a 5 minute drive.
Would recommend the Hotel and will look to book again the future. Thank you Stephan and Justine for your kind hospitality.
